Hidden fees when arrived to pick up my vehicle, requested a 4 wheel drive truck and didn’t get it, and unable to contact customer service. I was informed I would be reimbursed for an additional 200 dollar charge as it’s “just a hold.” Well they shorted me 50 dollars. I will never use this company again
