Absolutely fantastic experience. Kimberly was AMAZING. I told her what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. She made it happen and we basically did the entire deal via texting. I walked in and looked around, no one jumped on me to buy anything. I met Kimberly and she took me to the car (which had a giant red bow on it), showed me the paperwork and walked me upstairs for a lovely latte while we waited for finance so I could sign the paperwork. My experience was a 10/10 and I would recommend this dealership (and Kimberly) to anyone, anytime! Thank you to the Dolan Lexus Team.
