Had an appointment with the service center on September 4th but due to construction issues they had to reschedule my appointment. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to get there just to get rescheduled!

They took in my 2014 Kia Soul, as it was still under warranty. They replaced the engine at no cost and provided a rental car while the repairs were being done. The service center manager, John, is very communicative and helpful. It was a great experience, all things considered. They uphold the promises of the warranty they provided, and offer great service.

Place is under construction… they had to obtain parts related to the recall for which I had my appointment…what’s up with that service… come again ! They said to finish the recall service…THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE

After 27 days, 25 with a warranty diagnostic of a bad 12 volt battery I finally got my car back. I asked for the car back on day 8 and they wanted a minimum of $150 from me to get my car back. On a warranty claim. Its a 1 year old 2022 EV6. Took 4 weeks for a battery a dozen parts stores in town carry. The service advisors are nice and fairly responsive, but management is slow to respond to problems. They supposedly had a battery when I dropped it off, but then ordered one TWENTY ONE days after I dropped the car off. Costing me $75/week in gas versus $20/month in electricity, I should of paid the $150 ransom. I've attached a picture below on their excuse for not wanting to warranty the battery. Yes, I have something plugged into the 12v socket in the center console. That's Tom Dolan's reason why my car was there for 27 days. Every time I see a dead battery post in the Facebook EV6 groups, I share my Tom Dolan experience.

I recently (as in a few days ago) bought a vehicle at Tom Dolan’s Kia in Reno, NV and had the pleasure of working with a phenomenal sales associate, Akeem Smiley. Akeem was clear, communicative, friendly and really took the time to listen to my wants, needs, and concerns around the purchase. I am THRILLED with my experience and have already recommended three friends his way! Super highly recommend for both a professional & enjoyable car-buying experience - this guy knows his business and I personally found him hilarious. So grateful that Michael (from the excellent service department) brought us together. Thank you Akeem, Michael, Baylee, and Tom Dolan’s Kia as a whole. I love my new car and we made it to the East cost straight from your lot with nothing but great things to say!

I have purchased now my 3rd new Kia (upgraded each time) and purchasing from Dolan was the best experience out of all. I was able to work my deal via text while I was at work and believe got a GREAT price for my trade and for my 2024 Kia Sorento. The whole experience was seamless and no pressure at all. Very thankful!!

I was visiting my sister in Reno and we went to go look at cars she was MAYBE wanting a new car and when we walked into Dolan Reno Kia dealer we met Cyril Hand who greeted us and we ask if we could go look at the cars he said sure -told us they are in the back amd we went to look and my sister said wow this is a nice car 2024 kia forte -about 10nmins later we saw Cyril and he asked if we needed any assistance.. we said can we test drive this car and while we did we had mentioned this is a want not a need and he was like absolutely no pressure .. to make a long story short my sister loved the car and this was the most easiest car buying experience EVER the customer service at this dealer was impeccable..CYRIL HAND you have a great future there ..you are the best and thanks for sharing the roaming cow in the streets with us hahaha and congratulations to my sister Trina for your first new car purchase glad I was there to experience the amazing staff that made this sale easy and quick ?

Breydan was instrumental in helping find the right vehicle for me! His information helped explain my options according to my dilemma, which was being without a vehicle. Step-by-step.
HIs exceptional patience with me while I made my decisions as to repairing the old car (a 2008 kia rio 5) or using it as a trade-in to help purchase a new car was phenomenal.
Much thanks to Bredan! I am very pleased with my choice to purchase a 2023 Kia Forte. I am on the road again!
By the way, there were no high-pressure sales pitches or anything like that. Just like the advertisements on tv suggest.

My experience with Dolan Kia over the last 3 years with my brand new car I purchased with them has been the absolute worst and they’re beyond unreliable. This time I got my cars oil changed and tires rotated and I sold it to someone the next day. On the buyers drive home the compartment under the car that they take off to change the oil was flapping around and making a terrible noise. They didn’t tighten the bolts on the cover and had to fix it themselves. They pay no attention to detail and make everything unsafe. Within the last 3 years they also rotated bad tires and I had one of them completely shred on me while I was driving with my son in the car. They’re also responsible for my services that I prepaid for and I checked the cabin air filter prior to selling and it was absolutely disgusting like it had never been changed in the last 3 years even though I’ve taken it very regularly to get serviced. I’m disgusted with their zero attention to detail and their dangerous treatment of an already unreliable car. I haven’t mentioned yet in this review my brand new Kia Sorento needed a brand new transmission and broke down on me while on a road trip because of it with only 36,000 miles on the car. From start to finish the absolute worst dealership I’ve ever experienced and the worst car I’ve ever purchased. I would never recommend them and I hope someone else reads this and doesn’t buy an expensive brand new car and leave it up to this dealership to keep you safe, because they won’t. There should be an option for zero stars.
