Purchased tires here last spring, with the road hazard warranty. Had road damage twice, and they replaced the tires quickly both times with minimal waiting at the store. Great customer service.

Place is terrible. Ordered tires they told me they would be here by Monday at the latest and they would call me as soon as they got here. Finally Friday I call them and they said oh yeah you tires have been here. So I went 4 extra days without a car. Then bring the rims in to get them mounded they tell me going to take a hour to hour and a half to get done. I have been here over 3 hours and my old tires and rim are still sitting on the curb out front of the store.

I’ve been a customer of America’s Tire/ Discount tire for decades. Yesterday I showed up for a 9:00 appointment on-time, and waited over 90 minutes until they moved my car into the bay - and that was only because I complained. The problem is the manager does not honor reservations, and apparently gives equal priority to walk-ins. Imagine booking a table at a restaurant and waiting for hours while walk-ins are given equal priority. I had to Uber to a 10:45 appointment and leave my wife to pick up the car. Just like that, a loyal customer is lost. The irony is that the throughput of the store doesn’t change as a result of this misguided policy.

Manager told us to have a seat and a technician would be with us. 5 walk in customers later and I asked them what the hell and just left. Braindead management who clearly doesn't communicate with their crew

I was 50 miles outside reno when I blew a trailer tire. We called Josh at the reno McCarren location and he assured us they would be open even though we would arrive very close to closing time. Arriving 10 minutes before closing Josh took excellent care of us and had the tire in stock. 20 minutes later we had the tire replaced and were on our way. Excellent customer service like his should be acknowledged.?

These guys are the best. They helped us out in a jam. We were traveling from Colorado to California and needed 2 to get tires replaced on out trailer. They took us is in an emergency. And we super courteous and helpful. We ended up buying extra tires simply because of the amazing service they provided. We'd give them 100 stars if it were possible.

Pros: Nice, polite staff. Quick if you make an appointment
Cons: 2nd broken wheel stud with no compensation. $215 per stud to be replaced.
Update: Was given voucher to Rockin Auto after going back and speaking to someone else. I feel like that voucher should be handed to the customer at the same time handed the broken stud.
