I'll start off with the fact that really nice people that work here. Everyone was friendly and respectful and that goes a long way. They got me in as fast as they could and worked with me to get an appointment immediately.
An objective list of gripes:
I had to call for almost all status updates. I had to do this a lot.
When I picked up my vehicle, there were very obvious defects - misalignment, over spray, ill fitting parts that "couldn't be fixed because that's how it came from the factory". I had to point out these flaws in the workmanship. They quickly did their best to address them. Not all were fixed and I had no recourse and was not offered a solution to the ill fitting parts.
2 days later something electrical critical was inoperative after the work was done. It worked prior to me bringing it over to Diamond.
They quickly troubleshot it, but could not isolate the problem and I was sent to the dealer.
Dealer troubleshot it to a blown computer related to that part of the vehicle that was removed. Diamond said that they would not cover the $2k repair at the dealership and that it was not their fault.
They were absolutely the last ones to touch it. Perhaps a coincidence?
Again, all very nice professional people, but the work was very subpar and I had a very unfortunate experience. This is the fairest review I can give.

Travis & Jessica were awesome! They were easy to work with and flexible when I had additional needs.
They completed the work on schedule (actually before promissed) and did quality work.
While I hope I don't get hit again, I would absolutely bring my car back!

I needed some cosmetic work done on my rear bumper, they finished the job so fast and ended up saving me quite a bit of money. It looks like nothing ever happened. The customer service was awesome and everyone I spoke to was helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be a return customer if I ever need work done in the future!

Came in for an estimate . Unfortunately I was unable to do a walk in they were busy but the two gals in the front desk were very nice and tried getting me in at another location for a possible same day . They didn't have one until tomorrow( I live in incline but was in the area)
I'd still highly recommend they had great customer service

I still have yet to receive a call from them. I needed a quote but they have yet to reach back after weeks. I don’t recommend this place. This place blows.

they scheduled us quickly, had it out as expected and did a beautiful job repairing moderate door damage. Can't see a trace that is is repaired. Looks like new.

The team at Diamond Auto Body did a great job on my car. It was severely damaged and parts were backordered so it took a long time to fix. However, the team communicated regularly with me so I understood what was happening. My car is back, beautiful, and you would never know that it was almost totaled. Thank you so much to Mike and his amazing team!

The absolute best auto repair shop in the Reno area! They guarantee all of your repairs for life of your owning the vehicle! My 2013 Honda Accord Sport is looking great ?. I would like to personally thank Brady, for always keeping me informed of the progress of my repairs. The whole staff are great customer service people!
