Faith Denson was amazing. She helped this senior (me) take care of a complicated return shipment to the UK. I had paperwork galore but didn't know where it all belonged. She helped to wrap the package and ensure that all the customs red tape and the package tape was taken care of perfectly!\\nI also was impressed with Jason Gossett, the manager, who was taking care of a difficult customer. The customer was totally unaware that there was such a thing as \\\"customs\\\" in other countries. He did not want to be responsible for the contents of the package. Of course other countries' customs insist that the sender be responsible for the contents rather than the shipper. Obviously that makes the most sense. Anyways Jason was very patient and kept trying to politely educate this ignorant customer who was unreasonably agitated. I could tell, that this location was well managed and had excellent staff. It was right in the middle of the December busiest shipping month as well. Kudos to all!

Easily the worst delivery service in Reno. I've had their driver drive past my apartment twice now with no attempt to deliver my package at all. Their automated service is a joke and their physical location looks to be hidden by fences in what looks like a run down airport. I do not know how these people are in business.

Extremely poor delivery service - I’ve had the driver “attempt” to deliver my packages 3 times now, and I’ve been home ever single time! They just drive past my house so that their tracking shows they were in the area but immediately mark that no one was home to accept the delivery…even after saying to leave the package if no one is home. I am still waiting on my package, nearly a week later

DHL contractor finishline express has drunk employees driving DHL vans and a manager who drinks on the job. I was almost hit by a driver on the road, I know they are under investigation for various labor and safety violations.

I was expecting a package on July 25th. As soon as I received the notification of the upcoming delivery, I rescheduled the delivery date to July 28th. However, I started receiving notifications on July 25th stating that the driver is on their way! I went on the website and made vacation hold until July 28. Meanwhile driver kept the package outside my door, took a picture and uploaded as the proof of delivery. I really thought some one stole my package when I reached home on July 27th evening at home. Then on July 28th at 7:20PM a notification was left on my door that delivery first attempt was made but as we were not home, they will try again on Monday July 31. Since the. I'm waiting everyday for package and no response. DHL customer service is stating that the package might have been stolen after July 25. But my question if the DHL delivery personnel could leave the notification with date stamp on July 28th , how can they say it was stolen before!!? I'm really frustrated as there is no help from the DHL side. It's also frustrating that there is no local contact number to reach out to Reno DHL office! I'm sure the package is in their office!After posting this review I received my parcel with 15 minutes!

Extremely poor customer service for global shipper. Experienced rude and unhelpful customer service agent in India. Attempted a delivery to an Industrial Park at 6:10PM when everything was closed and didn't bother to try and deliver the following day. Don't seem to try or even care about offering good customer service!

The day started off not so great. My package was supposed to be delivered, but DHL said I wasn't home - but I was. So, I tried contacting a person at DHL, but all I got were automated responses. So I posted a not so positive review here. Within a short time, I received a lovely response from Melissa from DHL. She worked her magic and a little while later I got a very polite phone call from the manager of the DHL in Reno. He stated that he would get my package to me in just a short while. Within 30 minutes, a DHL truck showed up with my package. So here is my edited review. Thank you Melissa and Milty! Your customer service was outstanding!

Front staff was helpful, polite, and professional in getting my documents delivered to Mexico. My package arrived intact and on time. Even customer support was helpful when I needed a tracking update.

Package was on hold for 5 days due to weather when I had driven down to Reno and back from Tahoe in the middle of the 5 day hold.Now package says out for delivery with courier and it’s now 9:00 PM with no delivery.I understand that DHL is understaffed. I have been patient with my order. This is for my business and I can’t run my business without my items which are in said package.

big yikes they aren't open on saturdays. DHL is definitely the worst courier in Reno. We've had them lose so many of our packages, and one time they literally threw a package on the sidewalk in front of our house without fully stopping the delivery truck. Another time, they piled up 5 boxes in front of the storm door on our front door which opens OUTWARD. I had to go out the garage to move the packages and bring them outside. Another time they piled them up in front of our garage (which we can't see from inside the house) and didn't ring or knock. I have it all on camera. These people are a joke. I have a package I had express delivered from hong kong sitting in there service center that was rush delivered for Friday. They just decided not to put it on a truck on friday, and now I wont have the package for my sunday event. The shipper did DHL express worldwide and shipped it monday. It still didn't get here in time. What a joke. We paid so much to get the "fastest" shipping and DHL just drags their feet.

After trying to ship an item to a customer in Mexico and being denied by FedEx I tried DHL. Cody was so helpful and nice! Not a problem for DHL to ship my package! If you need to ship internationally don’t go anywhere else but DHL!!

I’ve been waiting for my package and it says it was delievered but I haven’t received anything I’ve had bad experiences with delivery but this was 200$ gaming system I’m am so steamed rn

packages show up hours to days late, shipping maps shows drivers driving in circles for hours rather than delivering packages in any sensible route. wouldn’t recommend shipping with this company.
