Absolutely the worst customer service in existence. You literally cannot speak to a pharmacy technician or a pharmacist via phone. You have to leave a voicemail and they call you back at their convenience. They don't call you back. Ever.

CVS Store in Steamboat is nice & clean, all WHO works there are smiling to their customers & they all friendly especially the girl named ECHO, she’ so very helpful what your looking for & she’ s very helpful too.

Rude, and unprofessional, especially Mark. The head pharmacist , not sure her name, is very nice and pleasant to deal with. They have no customer service etiquette, it’s so strange. It’s part of the job!
