This is the worst pharmacy in the North Valleys. I've always been a Walgreens girl, but my dumb insurance will only cover at CVS. I've never written a review about all the previous failures, but tonight - I can't NOT. I was in Urgent Care this *morning* and my doctor called in prescriptions (inhaler and steroids, and a cough suppressant so I could BREATHE). It took over 5 hours for the scripts to be filled. I get an alert from the app at 7:45pm stating my prescriptions are filled. I get in the car and dash over before they close at 8pm. I called the pharmacy to try to tell them I'm on my way. Nobody answered. Calls were "disconnected." It literally took me 16 minutes to get there. As I was pulling in, I could see them pull the security screen down. I RAN to the back of the store. I could see people behind the screen. I asked if I could please get my RXs and that I tried calling to tell them I'm on my way but nobody answered. "I'm sorry ma'am, we're closed." Are you f**** kidding me! Seriously. I was ac pharmacy tech at Walmart and we had better customer support than this shit. As a healthcare provider myself, I'm beyond disappointed. I couldn't post without a star rating so it's a negative 1-star for me.

I tried to coordinate with the pharmacy to make life easier on all. Called a day ahead and told them I would be in the afternoon. They didn't fill my prescription. I was told to return at 2pm, I returned at 2:30pm they had not filled the prescription. I am in a boot after foot surgery and it is hard getting around and sitting there waiting is painful. Go somewhere else.

Came in for C19 shot. Drove all the way across town. Sitting for 45 min. They are running over an hour behind. No communication to anyone about running late.Pharmacy line is 10 plus deep. There are three staff members. Not sure what is taking so long.If I didn’t drive across town, I would have already left.

Had a prescription sent there they did not tell me they were backed up for 4 months until I got there. Lady at the register didn't seem to have a little sympathy and she couldn't give me advise about where I can get it just asked if I wanted a recipe. No help at all. You've been wrn about this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went in just a few minutes after close, i didn't know they were closed as the app said they were open. I had three different pharmacy employee's snap at me. I totally understand they were closed! However, there's no reason to even gang up on someone else like that! I would pick another location!

They dont want to help you if there is a problem with your prescription that was done by another CVS. Just get the runaround with them. Dont recommend!

This CVS store is my go to drugstore. From healthy snacks to healthy remedies, this store has it all. Now, a little information on the team members, Ken is an absolute treasure and I know when he is there I am in for an easy visit. Another team member, Amanda, always goes out of her way to make sure customers are treated with respect and kindness. Great job!

The CVS pharmacy is so poorly trained, overwhelmed, and understaffed. Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait and every excuse under the sun as to why your prescription is not ready.

I've only had two prescriptions sent in here. The first one, the tech couldn't figure out how to access my (common in my area) insurance. While this was annoying, the actual medication was inexpensive, so I just paid cash. My current situation is that a prescription--which I have waited SIX WEEKS for--was available yesterday but they reshelved it and now "may" get it by tomorrow. They left me a voicemail on Wednesday noon saying I had to pick it up "by tomorrow" or they'd reshelve it. 30 hours later, it's gone. Very very poor customer service. Re the six weeks, I recognize that some of this time was likely my provider's office, some might have been my insurance, but at this point, CVS knows I've been waiting weeks and they give me less than 2 full business days to pick it up? Their competition (who I usually use) allows several days.

This review is for Paul in the pharmacy, with the colored hair. He's extremely rude and lies!!I've been going to CVS for years, a year ago I loved this guy.He told me it was "illegal" to have my prescription filled, on the date I called. I called the day before and was told to call the following day and Paul would not fill it. He literally said it was "illegal," just LYING!I called back in the evening (because he works morning) and it was filled "illegally," without a problem. This lil boy is ridiculous. He is on a power trip.Update: I went to CVS to talk to Paul and his pharmacist.. I ask the pharmacist (Peter) if he is aware of the 4/5 One Star Review that are related to Paul, and he said “oh, you went on there and put a bunch of reviews on yourself.” He didn’t even believe me. Like I just want to make all these emails and make Paul’s life hell, like common. Peter was nice about the situation but I’m moving to Sun Valley CVS and will no longer be going to Lemmon valley CVS. I’m glad I spoke to another manager in the actual Lemmon store, up front. She seems more concerned as this one man created 4/5 of their One Star Reviews. He is bringing the whole store down.Bye CVS Lemmon Valley. After December 21’ I won’t have my doctors send over any more prescription for myself, grandmother, or mother. Between me and my Mom they get 9 prescriptions per month and a few from my grandma. One of my darn prescription cost $934, and we have to deal with Paul… nope, not no more.STAY AWAY FROM PAUL. If you see crazy colored hair, run!
