It is quite evident the manager Susie uses her discretion when it comes to doing anything that requires effort. They refused to let me leave packages at their authorized UPS package drop point after they first said I could. Susie and her 5th grade education is bad for CVS, their customers and especially their brand. I’d suggest Susie do better but that is outside her capabilities.

I was turned away and told the policy for Service animals is that they are required to have full vest. The employee nearly gave me a seizure with the level of rage. They seem to have regarding me showing up without a vest. Also, there were many flashing lights that were gone out, but the associate did tell me they have at least placed an order to replace them.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST cvs pharmacy i have ever dealt with. I am out of town and have tried to use them on two different occasions. The customer service is nonexistent. They do not try to help you, was told they didn’t have my med and did not try to help in any way at all. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

I transferred my prescriptions to the CVS on plumb, a completely different experience.
People usually don’t go to a pharmacy because they are feeling well.
I could give you several reasons why they are inept, including the fact they are so rude and and almost take pride in treating their customers with disregard. My ex husband has terminal cancer and the way they would talk to him, so dismissively just really made me sick. He doesn’t go there anymore either.

Don't come here for your prescriptions. Not only did they CANCEL my last Rx without knowing who did it or WHY(which is a HIPPA violation), every time I do try and come get my Rx there is a line of 5 people and 1 tech who moves at a snails pace. Their hours are from 20 years ago and I feel like I would rather be in pergatory at the DMV then this suffocating Hell. Get more techs or shut it down. The staff aren't deserving of the torture and the customers sure don't deserve it either! DO BETTER!!

Long wait times and disrespectful staff. My daughter has cystic fibrosis and her medication is not always in stock, and we are constantly given horrendous attitudes when inquiring about availability of medication. Go to the one down the street

The old white dude that works the counter at the pharmacy is literally the WORST. He needs to be fired asap. I’ve had so many bad interactions with him that I can’t even list them all.He can never find my prescriptions or just says that they don’t exist. One time all he had to do was refresh the computer screen... I always have to have whoever else is working get involved if I want anything to get accomplished.It blows my mind that someone that incompetent can still have a job. Especially one that involves peoples medication and health!!Today I overheard him telling someone that “one day shouldn’t matter” when he couldn’t find the prescription…Seriously?!?!Once I figure out his name I’ll make sure to add it to my review.But he’s the grumpy old white man with the messed up arm. And no I’m not complaining because he has a handicap. I’m complaining because he is the worst human I’ve evert met.

I've seen some bad pharmacy service, but this pharmacy takes the cake. I am often told a prescription is ready either over the phone or on the app, just to come in and wait in line to eventually find out the employees have no idea why and it hasn't even begun being processed. It often takes 30-40 minutes on the phone to get through. The counter is constantly understaffed, and the pharmacist Jeff has given me medical advice, like, "don't let your daughter take antibiotics with milk," that I've double checked with other Medical Professionals who seemed to be utterly confused about. This morning was the last straw, was told a prescription was ready yesterday by Jeff, just to show up and be told it hasn't even been processed yet. The days that everything goes smoothly are the rare exceptions, at this point I just expect it's going to take an hour or more no matter what I'm told ahead of time.

Grace, who was working by herself, was extremely helpful. Got my mom something from the back because Grace knew they had it in stock but it wasn’t on the shelf. Thank you Grace!

Jeff is great, but their return policy is terrible. CVS charged us $74 for a med that costs $9 at Wallmart. When I attempted to return the unopened bag and unopened bottle, I was denied a refund. We are moving all our $1,000/year business to Wallmart.

Although I've seen some questionable things at this CVS before e.g. a pretty homely fellow filling up a cart fool of booze and skipping the checkout line, I must say the photo department and pharmacy got it going on. The photo staff were very patient when it took an hour pull to wrangle my 2 year old in for a decent passport photo. Also, Jeff, the pharmacist is great...I've always had an easy time getting meds filled in a timely manner!

Horrible management, I would always see Cate who I found out was fired due to having a family emergency working hard with a smile on her face and always bubbly. She was so helpful and always willing to help in anyway possible. The management needs to treat their employees and customers kindly no matter what. Unacceptable
