Legit the worst customer service in the pharmacy department. Monthly I have to call to refill a subscription and it’s always the same song and dance. Repeatedly hung up on or told they can’t get it. Whatever the story it’s always an abrupt hang up. These people consistently treat customers with lack of respect. They clearly hate their jobs and their customers.

2 stars only because they usually have what I need. But today, I waited in the drive thru at the pharmacy for 10 minutes, only to get up to the window and find a black cardboard and a recorded message that they went to lunch.
I only go here roughly three times a years to fill prescriptions. I was unaware that they closed at 1:30 for lunch. So I went inside and mentioned they should have a sign further back because I waited for 10 minutes (4 cars back) in line for nothing! All someone said through the gate was, "we've had scheduled lunch at 1:30 for the past 1 1/2 years."
Well you know what? I'm not there on a regular basis. And I was driving home from work, so I obviously couldn't use my phone to search the times.
Been a long time customer. But I
guess customer service went down hill fast. Will be transferring everything somewhere else.

Horrible. I did a walk-in at the minuteclinic there and the attending physician there was rude and told me she would not have time to see me. There was only one other person in the waiting room and I asked if she could squeeze me in after and she told me she’s booked up. No sincerity, completely unprofessional. Do not advertise walk ins welcome and then be rude when someone tries to walk-in.

Place is awesome, staff is always super friendly. I know they're a under a lot of stress, and mistakes can happen, but they're still human. Keep up the good work y'all.

Very impressed with how quickly prescriptions are filled! My daughter had an ear infection on Christmas Eve. The tele-doctor called in the prescription and it was ready within 30 minutes. Staff is professional and courteous. Store is well stocked. Love that there is self check options.

We come to this CVS quite often for odds and ends. They seem to have almost everything including printer ink which was surprising. I get photos printed same day through the CVS app (the computer there didn't work well for uploading photos). The employees have been friendly and the store stocked and clean.

I had major spinal surgery first thing in the morning 12/1/23, I was released from the hospital 12/4/23 late in the night. We were not prepared at home for all the needs I was going to have. My husband came to your store to get the things we now need with great urgency. Your store was clean, laid out very nicely as well. Your staff member spotted him with his puzzled look on his face and offered him assistance that was above and beyond perfection. I appreciate all that all of you do!!! Thank you!

What's the difference what the story is? Rude clerk, poor service? CVS couldn't care less. Seems they are doing the public a HUGE favor by allowing us to give them our money. Could be why they have 2 stars at this location.

Pharmacy staff is rude and they are just waiting for elderly to rip them off. Doctor sent RX which I had never had these meds before and I went to pick up. My Cigna insurance copay is $10 each RX. One was $60 and I did not know what it was or for and why not covered.....I asked clerk who didn't know anything and canned over pharmacist. Was told it was for heartburn which I don't have and I would need to check with insurance why copay is so high. There were people behind me and store was closing soon so I paid. Got home and found same brand and medicine available otc for $15. I took unopened bags/RX back next morning. Pharmacy refused to take back meds or credit me difference. She rudely told me that my doctor should have informed me it was available otc..given I had asked her what med was for And why copay so high why didn't she tell me it was available otc? No, she would rather blame on theDoctor?
