If you use this pharmacy, plan on standing in line for a ridiculous amount of time nearly every time you need to pick up a prescription. They are grossly understaffed to the point that they have to speak loudly to each other from across the room for information when working on a prescription. Forget about privacy here...I can tell you exactly what illnesses the two people in front of me had (one was an STD) and what prescriptions they were picking up. I'm pretty sure they both wanted that information kept private. Yikes CVS pharmacy. Do better.

Every time I get a medication sent here it takes them so long to have it ready. It took them 4 days once to have it ready and I really needed that prescription done. They have also lost my medication and I have to go to Sparks or Robb CVS to look for it. It just makes me so frustrated that they don't have the medications on time.

I realize it’s likely the location, experiences, and ingrained prejudices of the employees and pharmacy staff; if you can avoid going here- DO IT. Dismissive pharmacy staff. Aloof and disinterested floor staff.

0 if I could. The lady working was ridiculously rude for no reason at all. I went in at 5:30 and the gates were already pulled almost all the way in front of the pharmacy that is OPEN until 6. Cut me off mid sentence every time I tried to speak. If she had let me speak even just once then the time it took us both would have been cut in half but she chose to be rude. Order your prescriptions anywhere but here. However, the cashiers for the whole store were incredibly pleasant. Sadly if one person is a bad person the whole store will go down with her.

I was looking for a particular product in the nail aisle. They were locked. I asked for help and the clerk was very willing to help me choose between 3 products and then helped at check out.

Service was excellent. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. This new location is much nicer than the old store that was here. Easier to navigate the stock and find what I need.

Employee was rude ignorant and dismissive. I was in line and employee refused to help because it was lunchtime. Physician's officeInsisted prescription was sentEmployee couldn't find it. Go elsewhere if you can.

Have had several horrible experiences with employees at this location. It’s clean and fine , but if you have the ability to save yourself the hassle by going to another cvs , trust the low star reviews. This one is not worth the time.

I had high hopes for this place. It's been through so much, got a huge facelift. But there's something wrong and I'm switching my prescriptions to a different drug store altogether. My husband went to the ER and had his prescription sent to this CVS at 5 pm, not realizing that the whole store closes at 6...6?? They're the only CVS that closes this early. So he had to hunt around for a pharmacy and bug the ER to resend the Rx. But bc the CVS script was still "out there" and unable to be cancelled (bc they were closed), he had to pay out of pocket and will now have to go through the headache of being reimbursed by his insurance. Wow, guys. Do better, CVS 7th St. I'm switching my prescriptions to an easier pharmacy tomorrow. Btw, the pharmacists at this CVS are great. Not their fault at all. My guess is that the company is not treating them well and and they're short-staffed.

On Friday, April 7, 2023, my husband picked up several medications for both of us through the drive up at CVS Pharmacy at Northtowne. We always get our medications from the same pharmacy so it is easier to keep track of possible drug interactions and changes as medications are added to our profile. As it turns out, this pharmacy refilled this medication using my old dose and not the newer (current) dose. I discovered the problem just now and called them. They said they couldn't take the meds back even though they remain sealed in their original packages. I understand that, but they refuse to return the $50.66 that we paid for their mistake in filling the wrong dose. I cannot use this medication and I have to pay for it too? This pharmacy did actually fill this medication earlier with the correct dose, so it is not like they weren't aware of the dose change. This frustrates me. We don't scrutinize each and every medication when we pick up several at a time because there is always a long line of cars waiting in the drive up. If we were one of the many people on a low or fixed income, $50 could be the difference between eating or not. This is very poor customer care and, even though we have been using this pharmacy for many years, we will be changing pharmacies.

The rebuilt drugstore with drive through pharmacy is delightful and efficient. Really easy! Hard to hear they are cutting their hours back.

Excellent customer service and friendliest staff ever!!! I just want to reiterate what I previously posted about this CVS pharmacy and store. I always enjoy shopping here and have never had a bad experience. The people that work here are the friendliest and most professional ever!!! Thankyou all so much!!!

The CVS pharmacy at 7th and Keystone has the worst customer service ever! I went down for B12 and it was a "buy one get one free" sale, but they only had one bottle. The manager (I think her name is Denise) rudely told me to pick something else. I told her I wanted two of the same thing and could I get a rain check for when they are in stock again. She had her employee initial my receipt and write that I get a free one when they come in. I went back about a week later and she said, "sorry, we don't honor those any more"! I'm not giving them any more of my business!
