The store in general is unkept. They've done a bit better lately but it always looks like it needs a good vacuuming. It's 100% self check now which is not consumer friendly for sure. They do not have a full time pharmacist- just a series of floaters. I had managed to avoid any problems regarding this until this week when the pharmacy let me down 3 times.I attempted resolution with the store manager, their 888 care number, another CVS pharmacist and so far nothing. I've spent hours on the phone trying to correct their mistakes and not once have I received an apology. So very disappointed.

PHARMACY REFUSED to sell me syringes needed for humulin insulin for type 2 diabetes. I do not look like a drug addict, i was polite, i have had multiple prescriptions through CVS for years and they refused me **despite this not being a law**. I do not need to carry around my prescriptions to purchase!I went to Walgreens right after and was given impeccable service without being treated like i needed to justify my purchase.Even if the person asking for syringes is a drug addict do you really think you're helping society with your refusal? You're directly forcing them to reuse or share needles and potentially contact/ pass around deadly diseases!DESPICABLE pharmacy!! You lost a long term customer in every way and i will tell everyone i know to always shop/get their prescriptions through Walgreens where they actually service their customers.Managers: i sincerely hope you reprimand the employee who put me through this. For more information, she was dark haired, white female, approximately 40 years of age. Extremely rude attitude, I'm sure this isn't your first complaint about her.

I’ve never experienced this much difficulty getting the correct medication. Incorrect prescriptions issued on multiple occasions, lost prescriptions from my doctor. There’s one pharmacist there who is helpful, but everyone else on staff has been rude and dismissive.

I am old, so sadly I make a lot more visits to the pharmacy than I would otherwise like. Having said that, I've been using this pharmacy for years and have never had anything but good experiences. They are super convenient, right around the corner from me, and they work well with my current medical insurance. Also quite convenient to have a drugstore nearby in the neighborhood for those emergency things that come up on occasion. I'll keep coming! Thanks

I went to pick up a prescription, got there at 1:28 and they were closed for lunch. They are supposed to be closed from 1:30 until 2:00, but they closed early and would not let me buy my prescription. Person behind the screen was rude about it being lunch time and when I told them it was not yet 1:30, just said they were closed for lunch. I will NEVER go back to that pharmacy. What has happened to customer service? Certainly none there.

I've used this pharmacy for pickup a couple times and have never had any issues. I've never had any issues checking out for the general store either. Pretty efficient check out at the pharmacy and store.

I called this pharmacy and was on hold (without ever speaking) to anyone for 9 minutes. I tried hanging up and calling back, was on an extended hold again- then all of a sudden they just HUNG UP ON ME! I am on hold again! Don't do business with this CVS- I could have driven there faster.

I loaded up my cart with items from the after Xmas 50% off product The sign was clear saying 50% off 4 shelves BUT at the register several items did not ring up on sale So the manager was called and she said even though the sign says 50% off everything on the four shelves they really are not Apparently I was suppose to read minds to know that the four shelves were not the whole shelf only about 4 feet of it Misleading and rude that they would not honor the signed prices It was a hand written sign Jenna was the manager on duty She said she was the store manager but her name tag only said customer service So I put everything but one item back And I'm angry The only reason I gave them even two stars is because of the awesome pharmacy staff

Stop by to get a flu shot. I need the low-dose even though I'm over 65 because I had a reaction to the high dose. I was advised by the pharmacist I needed a doctors note to get the low-dose instead of the high dose. However, the helpful clerk told me that was her pharmacist's rule , not a CVS rule, so we went to CVS in Westfield Village and had no problem. No problem getting our shots but we had to travel to a different location. Where does a CVS pharmacist get off telling me I don't know what dose I need for a flu shot? Or that I need my doctors permission to get a low-dose?

I could leave a review about how rude the pharmacy staff were. Or how my prescription fill was cancelled. Or how they called me specifically to tell me to come pick up my prescription, just so they could tell me in person that it was cancelled (presumably to gaslight me into thinking my healthcare needs would be met.) or I could describe the pleasant experience of being served a meandering diatribe about how pharmacies work. (Silly me, I thought that a doctor tells them what medicine I need and then they give it to me in exchange for currency.) I could mention how the pharmacists care more about defending each other's right to stare at a computer screen and ignore important details of serious medical conditions. I could leave a review about these things, but I honestly do fear cold blooded retribution from these unfulfilled "health care professionals" who play such a vital roll in my health care. So instead, I'll give this cvs 2 stars, for technically being an operating business, and providing brand name headache medicine slightly above market pricing. Worth it! Welp, I'm off to scream into the abyssal void and wait for the nightmarish emptiness scream back! And in doing so, I will have accomplished more than anyone trying to have a human conversation with one of these pharmacists. Tata!

Managers get it together! Your staff needs help. Only one cashier at anytime. This store has been this way for at least a year now. 5+ customers in line and the cashiers leaves to help another customer find something..seriously! No back up I presume...I feel bad for the staff.
