Somehow this pharmacy manages to screw up my medications and no one ever knows anything. I was just hung up on because the person on the phone “doesn’t usually work in this pharmacy and doesn’t know anything”

CVSs automated system for the pharmacy and prescriptions is the most frustrating thing to deal with. Pharmacy at this location is always slammed busy and out of the medication I need. Staff is excellent but overworked.

Not sure what they try to showcase in pharmacy section. They keep me waited for refill prescription which was already set for pick up for around 40 min. I’m definitely changing my future refills to Walgreens. Go there only if you have extra time.
