I am grateful for Custom Physical Therapy and thank you Andre for your passion to serve your clients well. Thank you Julie for your bright smile and excellent customer service & keeping me on point re: My appointments, for instance when she said, “You don’t have an appointment today!” ?Lastly, and certainly never least, Ives is and will always be my therapist should I have to go that route again! He is personable, he know his profession well. He is thorough when meeting me, getting my information, asking specific questions to put together the prescription for my wellness. I enjoyed my time there. I am pain free and I’m my delightful self again. I highly recommend Custom Physical Therapy in South Meadows, and if you reside in Sparks, visit CPT on Prater Way. Ask for Kaitlain. She’s at the front desk, offers excellent customer service as well. & she’s amazing! ?

Sherri, the receptionist, is great and very personable. Mark, the manager, was my physical therapist. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough and also very personable. You can't find a better PT. He really helped me with my therapy in addressing my knee replacement recovery.

I was having trouble with vertigo and my doctor referred me here for vestibular therapy. My symptoms had improved before my visit, but Mark Bruesewitz did several diagnostic tests and then taught me several exercises to treat my vertigo. He also gave me advice on confirming my vertigo is from the same source if it reoccurs. I was very happy with my treatment and would use them again.

I have had an extremely positive experience at Custom Physical Therapy for years now. Kay is wonderful at the front desk! She is always very welcoming and positive. She always tries to accommodate my needs for scheduling my appointments. I know without Mark or Andre my recovery from my surgeries wouldn’t go as smoothly as they do. Kay greeted me politely, followed throughout the session, I am here sitting in the lobby and every customer had nothing but good to say about Kay (receptionist). Exceptional people, recommended by one of the leading pain specialists. At the end MASKS are required at every medical facility. I am vaccinated, yet brought my mask with me. Don't listen to garbage people.

Alexa at Custom PT not only brought my shoulder back to life, but also has the knowledge to see possible life threatening conditions in her patients. She literally saved my life. I am always greeted by Kay with a wonderful smile, the staff makes me feel like Im part of their family. Choosing this facility for my rehabilitation was one of the best decisions I've made recently. Cannot express my gratitude enough. Its refreshing to find a business with staff that cares about their patients.

The receptionist was VERY RUDE. I went there seeking some relief for the pain in my shoulder, all I got was bad attitude from the moment I walked in the door. The first thing was "Do You Have A Mask" I was vaccinated in February of this year so I don't need a mask, if they have been vaccinated they don't need a mask and if they haven't "Why The Hell Have They NOT"? I am very surprised they can run a business being that rude. Hello Andre M, are you Listening? From one business owner to another, you need to make some changes there SOON, like yesterday!

Not I impressed with the receptionist. Very rude I wanted to set up Pt 3 times a week She would only give me 1 date to come in. I will not go to ab establishment that is not welcoming. Found another PT who was open to get me in. They were nice so I made my appointment with a Pt that will see me 3 times a week.

Can't say enough great things about this office. Who knew going to physical therapy for a challenging issue could be enjoyable?My issue is no fun—I have vertigo and they have to make me dizzy in the short term for it to go away in the long term—but I look forward to going every time!The entire staff is so friendly, I literally feel like they are extended family. They don't just care about the issue I'm having, from the reception folks to the assistants to the main man, Mark, they all care about me personally. I feel so lucky to have been referred here.

I've been a patient at Custom Physical Therapy South Meadows off and on for four years. Saw Mark for shoulder and balance issues. Working with Amanda right now to rehab my knee following total knee replacement. These two fabulous therapists have completely changed my feelings about therapy. They each have made such a difference in my my mobility, my pain level, my long-term progress -- and my life! Can't thank them enough for their professionalism, their solid knowledge of what is going to help me most, and their ability to help me work through my fears and frustrations. Rehabbing a body part isn't the easiest thing in the world, but they both have cheered me on and pushed me through to reach my goals. I will be forever grateful!!! Thank you to Mark and Amanda, Kay, and all of the techs. You've helped me in more ways than you will ever know.
