Custom Ink is TRASH! We were doing a fundraiser for our Brother's band in Maui. My Wife made the campaign for shirts and slides. We sold over the minimum that was given to us to go to print. After the campaign was over My Wife was informed that the slides minimum order was wrong on their side, and would not go to print. If a company says that there's a minimum and you exceed it, they need to honor that, but finding out now that this company is not honorable. Never again. I do not recommend. BUYER BEWARE!

Custom Ink just laid off 300 employees without notice and are closing their shop. They are offering 60 day severance pay but only to those that sign an NDA. Whatchya hiding? At least they didn’t fire them before Xmas. Idk which is worse though.

Very difficult to do business with them. Not responsive and they act like pricing is a huge secret. I just got frustrated and went elsewhere.

Owen had so much fun printing and watching the machine. He would not take the shirt off. Erica and the young woman (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) were so sweet with him and the young girl printing the shirt was excellent at explaining everything for him. Thank you so much.

Online order. Poor quality colors RED is not RED. Black is not BLACK. Company's response was "We do not have a way to guarantee a matched ink color" Roger that - I get it. But if you represent your color red to be that of the industry how does it not come close? My second issue with this company is the Gildan Ultra Cotton which they indicate was 6oz cotton. Looks a whole lot closer to a 5.2 or 5.4 but a 6? I don't quite think so.
