Cristy Silverman was recommended by a friend and that recommendation has proven valid. Cristy walked us through the process she uses to highlight a home to successfully market it to the best advantage. Cristy is professional, entirely trustworthy and honest. Within less than a week ( 3days) Cristy had identified a potential buyer for our home; a buyer some Realtors would have discarded except that Cristy was able to see the value in their offer. Within a matter of a few days Cristy had vetted the Buyer and we were in contract. All I could say to my wife was "Wow, Cristy is good". During the process leading up to a 30 day closing, Cristy guided us through every step to ensure we understood our options; as a result we sold above our listing price. Best experience we have had with a Realtor during our lifetime which included several moves while serving in the military. If you want to market your home professionally then hire a Professional like Cristy; I promise you she will get results and she will be looking out for your best interests. If Cristy wasn't truly an excellent Realtor, our friend would not have praised her so highly. Thank you Cristy; you are simply "The Best".

We might be partial because we met Cristy 7 years ago when she was our (buyers) agent, today we closed with her as our selling agent. She sold our house the day that she strategically listed it, we received an offer over the asking price but spot on with appraised value, and we closed in 30 days! I live work out of state so she really helped tie up some loose ends with inspections, repairs, etc. Cristy truly "sewed the deal" and made what could have been a very stressful process into a very enjoyable experience! We'll recommend Cristy to any and all of our friends and family relocating to or from the area.

Cristy recently sold our late father's home which was part of a probate transaction. All three of us were out of state and Cristy's local market knowledge, contract expertise, and understanding of probate transactions proved to be invaluable. Cristy provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help us contract within the first weekend on the market! We were highly impressed with her negotiating skills and ability to work through extremely complex issues without any complications. We closed on time and received top dollar. As an agent in another state myself, I cannot recommend her more. She's kind, professional, knowledgeable, ethical, and hardworking.

Cristy is the best Realtor we have ever worked with. The level of professionalism of her and her team is unsurpassed. I do not know how she keeps a smile on her face given the potential for stress when buying or selling a home. We have bought and sold two with her, and she is absolutely the best.
