i love this location!!! this is the only cricket i go to because they are always so friendly and they know how to personalize the customers needs. they are very efficient and they gave me the best deal on my phone, case, screen protector, and even a speaker! lily is the manager there and she is the best with customers. i live on the the other side of town but i still choose to only go to this cricket.

Great service, super friendly and really fast service but I was disappointed to find out that I had to buy my own phone charger and if I used the one from my previous phone it would take hours to even charge 30%

This store is horrible they were suppose to remove one line and they removed the wrong one I'm only suppose to have 3 lines and I'm paying 200$ this has been going on for 3 months now I have tried to call customer service too and nothing now I see how they make thier money

1:30 pm on a Saturday store only opened at 10, person at the counter but the door was locked. Have no idea what that's about, she even looked at us and another person at the door and kept on sitting at the counter ??♀️

We bought a new iPhone, case, and screen protector from this store. The representative there insisted on putting the screen protector on the phone and into the case, so we let her. Upon looking at her work, there were bubbles, particles of hair, and visible adhesive on the screen; additionally, the screen protector wasn't even centered on the screen! This was not acceptable to us after spending nearly $1000 on a brand new phone. We kindly asked that they replace the screen protector (and we would put it on ourselves), but considering that the product wasn't "defective", they would not exchange it. The manager said, "I'm not going to give out a screen protector without there being any reason to."The representative at the store treated us kindly, however, this situation should most certainly have been handled differently. When buying a product for over $1000, I expect that there are no issues with anything.We ended up returning the phone, but was unable to return both the case and screen protector.I have attached a photo that clearly shows the defect with the screen protector and it wasn't us being crazy. This was put on by the representative at the store, and she was not being careful, leaving both debris and fingerprints all over the phone. All we asked for is a new screen protector to be supplied without this obvious issue, and the manager refused. As such, we returned the phone entirely.
