My wife and I were in to get my son a phone and they had an employee at work who I assume was sick because we could hear them throwing up. Very unprofessional and shame on the bosses and higher up at this company.Aside from the fact that they don’t care about their employees the service is decent.

Manager was great. This review does not necessarily deal directly with this Branch as this branch has always been kind friendly and fast.Cricket wireless on the other hand if you have, (even when you pay in cash), credit on your account Cricket won't let you use it to buy phones accessories or refund it whatsoever. Completely asinine that I can't go to a Cricket store use my credit on file in cash to purchase items in that store the very store that I deposited the cash on to my account. Utterly ridiculous

If you’re not going to be open on Sunday from 12 to 6 then start putting it on the door this is the second location I’ve been to and both of them are closed with a line of people waiting outside!!!!!
