We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, quiet and the staff were great! My only complaint was the shower in the room we stayed in. There was a big crack and it was not fixed correctly. Room also could have been a bit cleaner but I would stay here again.

When visiting Tahoe, if you want to spend night roaming around the little city Reno this is the spot. We got this at the better deal and has best service.

Reno is an entertainment destination. This hotel is not near anything related to entertainment. It was not my choice, my company made the arrangements. They don't have food available during a major part of the day. The Bistro opens at night and had one person doing everything. He was great, but should not have to do everything himself. I would never choose this hotel.Nearby activities: None, unless you want to go to home depot.Food & drinks: Inadequate. Restaurant not open for lunch. Restaurant understaffed.

Super clean rooms, friendly staff. Towels aplenty, extra bedding provided in the closet. Smart TVs in the room so casting your phone is a go. Located in a quiet, clean, and safe area. Will be returning for my next trip to Reno!

Stayed at this location during a business trip. The location is great, staff is excellent, and a convenient bistro in the lobby. Lots of parking available. A short walk across the parking lot gets you to Starbucks. If you are noise, sensitive, did not get a room facing the freeway and know that you may hear neighboring doors slamming shut. The bed was a little lumpy and carpet could use some refreshing - which was disappointing because I know Marriott can do better.

Great location! Room was clean. Staff was nice. Recently renovated gym was very spacious and had a good amount of equipment. AC in the room absolutely sucked. Welcome gift of two bottles of water for titanium members was quite pathetic. Overall a typical hotel

Clean but no breakfast or free coffee in the lobby.As of April 2022 still no daily cleaning of the room. It is a service reduction not Covid prevention.Clean and have work desk with a work chair with wheels ⭐️

I booked a room with a sofa and a king size bed but I got something else. The stay was nice. Pretty quiet and the hotel lobby was really clean. I'm pretty sure the room with the sofa was a little pricier than what I got. Anyways under the bed was really dusty and there was trash. I accidentally spilled water on the sheets and requested sheet exchange and OMG there was blood on the the mattress where I was sleeping. EW! That's the only downside and also when I checked in it was like at 11pm one of the people who checked us in, the guy had an attitude.

I booked a two night stay and was told when I checked in that the room I was put in had wallpaper that needed to be re-done as it was recently hung but didn't look good. The gentleman checking me in said that I could change my room the next day if I wanted to. I explained that it wasn't a big deal to me and the room would be fine as is. He said that they discounted my room 50% each night because of the issue. I came to my room tonight (2nd and final night, checking out in the morning) and my room key didn't work. I was exhausted, needed to use the restroom and was carrying my work bag and dinner. I had to go back downstairs and explained to the female at the desk that my key didn't work. She looked in the computer and said "it's because we moved your room." I explained that I was fine not moving to another room and just wanted to stay in my room and go upstairs. She left to speak with a manager in a back office. She came back and was on the phone with someone appearing to try and keep me in the same room on the computer. She had nothing to say to me and was being very rude. She then said to the person on the phone "put hostile?" So I am guessing that she was referring to me as being hostile. She made a new key for me and set it on the counter and said "here's your key." No apology for the inconvenience. This entire process took over 10 minutes. She needs to learn customer service skills...along with the mystery manager she went to see in the back office. I won't be returning to this hotel. I usually stay at Hyatt Place (I travel to Reno every Month for work) but they were booked for the nights I needed to stay here this trip. Ugh horrible.

I am very pleased with this hotel. Very clean, staff were very nice, professional and helpful. Awesome location, perfect distance from the airport. Will be staying here when I come back to Reno!Nearby activities: There is a mini golf right next door if you have kids or enjoy some simple fun!Food & drinks: Lots of food near by!

I stayed for 2 nights for a work trip. The hotel location is amazing. There is a couple restaurants nearby within walking distance and a Starbucks. The hotel lobby is spacious and has a couple individual seating areas with TVs. They have a brand new fitness center with Pelton bikes, fancy treadmills and other equipment. Their outdoor area was a great hangout place too.The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and insulation was good (couldn't hear the neighbors). They do have a restaurant near the lobby. I ate there for one night and I didn't feel like they have a good menu selection. I feel some of the items are very overpriced.Overall I had an amazing stay and I'd recommend this hotel!

One of the nicer Marriotts that I’ve stayed at. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Friendly staff too. The TV bracket in our room would not hold position and like all Marriotts their choice of TV stations stink.The my provide bath products that are heavily scented. They should have an option for unscented. They don’t.
