SUPER busy and difficult to navigate the parking lot which was narrower than our usual Costco at home. This particular Costco seemed a bit more run down and industrial than what we've seen at numerous stores. Bathrooms were nice and clean so that's a bonus! Food court was busy and pizza smells were wafting at shoppers as they checked out.

I love Costco and the big fat checks I get every year from them. Haha. This location is always super busy so I tend to go to the others ones. I usually have to go thru Carson every week so I fill up there ( in the morning no lines ). The Harvard way location always has too long of lines for me Each store has a few different items so I always hit Costco in different area's, just to check if they have something we don't. I always hit the Costco's in Hawaii as they have fresh fish, ( poke) Hawaiian cookies, different ice creams bars, stuff that is loved on the islands. I love their Rotisserie chickens and the debone either away and make homemade chicken broth. Love that also.

Better variety than Sam's but the drive is ridiculous! Why not have one closer like Topeka??? Service; not sure it was so packed I barely found what I needed. Selection; definitely better than Sam's! Value: not so great when the drive round trip is ridiculous Location location location! No one likes to drive 1 plus hour one way to fight the crowds.

I love Costco overall, but I generally avoid this location for the most part. They are always incredibly busy unless you go shortly before closing and the parking lot is always a disaster. Getting gas quickly is virtually impossible due to the long lines. The clothing area is large, but disorganized and messy every time I come in. I come to this location as they do have some products the Sparks one doesn't - such as Organic Heavy Whipping Cream which I love. I do appreciate that they have such a large store with tons of restaurant-y needs like to-go containers and such - excellent if one wants to throw a party as well! The staff are pretty friendly for the most part, but often quiet and not very talkative.

Costco pharmacy in Reno is the GREATEST! I've been going there for years and they REALLY CARE ABOUT EACH PERSON! They honestly go the extra mile to help their customers. They are all really nice and helpful. Tami♡

Every time i come to the Harvard location i am treated with absolutely no respect, at the door i show my card and without fail everytime they take it from me and ask who's card is this. obviously it is my card i'm guessing they are profiling me or something because of my age or looks. This location needs to lay off a few employees who are so entitled to their position

Dealing with pharmacy staff in general can be difficult... iykyk. But the staff here is always friendly and they take the time regardless of how busy they are. Nicole, Jenny, Amber and Ali are the girls I've had the pleasure of 'working' with as a pharmacy patient. (Not to mention the prices are the best I've found) Kudos, Ladies ?? ?? ??

It was flu shot time & even on a Saturday, there was no wait. It just doesn't get any easier than that. We have never experienced the Costco Pharmacy being out of stock on any product needed. It is spotlessly clean & the staff is over the top friendly.Where else can you get your required injections, a 4 gallon bottle of mayonnaise, a hot dog & soda in 20 minutes or less? COSTCO is like a broken drum .. you can't beat it !!

Update: I received a call back from the pharmacy manager. She acknowledged their communication with customers had shortcomings and could definitely be improved, their text notification system doesn't always work, and she suggested using a feature on the app to track prescriptions (I use the app frequently, and was unaware this feature existed). The app link looks useful, but only if you want information on refills. It requires users to enter a prescription number, which means it can't provide any information on the status of new prescriptions.

They're alright but they CONSISTENTLY do not put easy open caps on my wife's prescriptions. I have confirmed it's on her file to do this but they very rarely actually do it. Please do better, guys.

This one of my favorite stores to shop. Good value, large selection and great service from store personnel. Love shopping at COSTCO and of course COSTCO also has great pricing on gas, medical prescriptions, eye glasses and much more - All of which membership perks with great value. I have tried the other membership stores and COSTCO "consistently" outshines all the competition. If you are wondering which membership outlet you should choose - look no further - COSTCO makes good sense and delivers on their promises every time you shop there. Highly recommend COSTCO over all others

Going through a Costco withdrawal.. Finally made it in to browse.. What happens when I've been at home because of the weather... Lots of cooking and baking, and emptying the freezer and pantry.. Yesterday, finally bought the floor lamp I've had my eye on.. It's pretty and functional with glass shelves.. Had to bribe the sous chef to assemble.. Looks perfect and now moving my other floor lamp around..the old domino effect.. lol!.. Glad Costco has decent furniture and keeps prices reasonable..

Love to come for just a couple things and leave with $300 worth of stuff i really didn't know i needed at that moment . Anyways love to get some good whiskey here always find good stuff . Wife loves to cook so we always grab different meats to use, eggs , etc. I bought a snowboard helmet by Spy great price. Got to protect my noggin Even during holidays wasn't that bad to get in and out . Costco is always good and grab a pizza on the way out woohoo . Enjoy !

This is my favorite of the Costco warehouse stores I frequent as it is a bit larger, offers bigger displays if not more items, and has a friendly, helpful staff. Biased? Yes. I'm a Costco fan and use their gas whenever possible.
