David and everyone at Consumers Auto Center was amazing on not only on doing everything in their power to help get into a new vehicle but also have been helpful and super insightful in the following weeks as well in regards of anything to do with the vehicle! David makes you feel very welcome and appreciated rather than just a dollar sign as a lot of dealers do, 10/10 experience and will be back for another vehicle soon! You won’t find anybody better!

Every one is so great to work with. I had horrible experiences at other lots. I was reluctant to even look at another car. The team here has been amazing. This place deserves 0 stars. I thought they were helping me out but really they were making the interest super high and the down payment high amount so they get to walk away with more money in their pocket. Now I'm stuck with a BROKEN BMW, because they refused to trade the car, they refused to pay me half of what I initially spent on the car which was really 20,000 dollars OVER market price. THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER. They only care about themselves. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS LOT ITS A HUGE SCAM. I owe a total of 52,000 dollars for a car that's market priced at 32,000.

My grandson went there on Mon to year his car & but a truck. He couldn't do do he called meThe agent, Ricco did all the paper work without me being present. This transaction went smoothly. I was contacted on Tue to sign more papers. The owner talked to my grandson like he was talking to his own son. Things like this can be s big help to done because it's not a family member telling you

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a vehicle from these people, bought a 20k truck from them started having issues thr first week. took it back to them to check it and they started lying about the issues the truck had and tried making stuff up saying the noise was from the tires, the tires are Highway terrain and are suppose to be made for comfort. once i caught on to them and their lies they tried to make me buy a 1500 insurance. ended up taking the truck to my own mechanic.
