Quick, courteous and honest! What more can I ask for Jacob Faul did a fabulous job taking care of myself and my car. They even got the rental car back to the rental shop for me. Very pleased with the job that was done

Submitted a online quote through their website. After receiving emails from the automated service that they would process my request, I receive another email from the "Senior Estimator" that they do not work on vehicles older than 2010. I did not have issue with that fact they do not work on these older vehicles but I did have issues when I emailed back and told they maybe they should provide that information online so that customers like myself aren't wasting their time and my complaint is from the "Senior Estimator" and that it was his pleasure to waste my time.
I will never take my vehicle, company vehicles and or family vehicles to them or recommend service to them over his comment. I would hope ownership wouldn't want their "Senior Estimator" talking to potentials customers in that demeaning tone and have such disregard for common curtesy.

While the work is excellent i was taken aback as after the insurance adjuster sent in the quote and it was accepted i was informed that the hourly rate had increased thus requiring me to pay additional fees up and above the what the insurance company paid out. Unfortunate.

Very glad I brought my car to Concours, they were very professional and did great work. I bought a new car and only had it 2 months before a school bus hit the rear quarter panel. They worked well with the insurance company and I am so impressed with the work on the car, it looks like it’s back to new.

Had to have the driver door and left front fender on a 2021 Audi A4 replaced due to a side swipe. They were recommended by the Audi dealer & did excellent work. The paint was matched perfectly and you cannot tell the car was involved in a crash.
There are a lot of electrical controls in the driver’s door and everything worked fine.
Highly recommended.

I was referred to Concours Body Shop by a friend after a small fender-bender. From the moment I made that first phone call, It was a five star experience. The estimate was completed thoroughly and effortlessly. And after we received the approval from the insurance company, the repairs were made within the timeframe promised.
When I picked the car up I was surprised to see that it had been completely detailed and looking like a brand new vehicle!!
I just can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness that I experienced after a car accident. I will refer them to anyone who is looking for a body shop.

Polite helpful and got the job done. I had parts that required ordering and that was what took the time but I would definitely come back and recommend others to do the same
