I only go to see my primary care but the rest is just awful: the girls that work in the front are just covered with an attitude head to toe and always gossiping.I wish they would get more approachable employees working in the front. Also i don’t know what has been happening behind their doors but anytime you have to be on a phone call with them they talk sooooo much. They have too much filler words and no action words. Something that should have taken me no more than 5 minutes took over 20 minutes. Even when they call to confirm appointments it takes about 10 mins to do. Some people don’t have the time for people saying all these words and not doing anything. Just get straight to the point and be done.

Absolutely Wonderful Professional staff from the front desk to the Nurses and PCP Drs and Mental Health Dr!! I have a PCP Dr and Counselor here and was SO excited that they added the Mental Health Dr that they did. They all legit work together and thru their actions you will see just how caring and loving all these are! I'm 100% elated and beyond satisfied with all the cate I received here and the bonus is it's all under 1 roof!!

Community Alliance Health, from the moment I walked in I was surprised, from the front desk girls the young girl I spoke with name was America she went beyond and above tell me what paperwork to fill out other services they offered just a gem of a place ,very enlightening information,
she answered all my questions , it was a pleasure to talk with all the frony desk girls, my questions where all answered and with a smile. I saw a Dr Jamie Stewart, the nurse that I saw was a delight, very 'experience taking my weight, blood pressure iwas at ease. Next I saw Dr Jamie Stewart what a pleasure she was, I finally found a doctor that wasn't in a rush and sat down with me, she asked me what my concerns were, we talked a while i have just about moved from Maryland to Reno , she asked all the right questions, I didn't feel like I was just another patient that she saw, and she is very busy at this location , and we all know there's a shortage of to good Doctors.. Liz who drew my blood was a delight, I hate needles, however she made me very comfortable.
I can't say anything wrong about this facility...from start to finish, kudos to all the staff kudos to the Doctor, I am so very thankful that I found this facility.

When I called to see if my provider would give me some pain medication for my knee pain, I waited fourty five minutes until someone responded to me.

Absolutely exceptional experience at this Health Center! I recently took my dad here, and from start to finish, the care and service we received were outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure my dad felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout his visit. The medical team was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all our concerns with patience and expertise. The facility was clean and well-organized, reflecting the high standards of care they maintain. I couldn't be more grateful for the excellent treatment my dad received. Highly recommend this Health Center to anyone in need of top-notch healthcare services!

I really like the improvements they have made with the lobby. It’s easy to get an appointment and I appreciate that I can use my insurance here. I know they also offer scaling fees based on income and qualifications. Last year I got to visit their new Sun Valley location, and it is gorgeous state of the art.

I found the staff in general friendly, I don't speak English, and it was nice that most of them spoke in Spanish, until I heard one of the assistants openly talking about my medical case with other assistants, right outside where I was, zero discretion?, well, that was not important to me, but there are many bad details and habits there, and without exaggeration I can express that they even charged me for breathing, I had no idea of the costs of the clinic until I The invoices from my insurance arrived, they charged me different prices for the consultation on the invoice, apart from the study charges, only the price of the consultation is between 300 and 400, it is high since it is only a consultation with a general practitioner, not to mention that They are doctors with very little experience, at the end of several appointments and many studies, they only told me that they will look for a more qualified doctor, since they did not have the experience to prescribe adequate treatment, so, this clinic really left a lot to be desired. , I just wasted my time and money, I looked for a specialist, the appointment took me 2 more months, the appointment alone cost 450, I consider that the medical system here in the United States is really bad, here you die long before reaching a diagnosis, and they also leave you in ruins.

My Dr. Was moved to the nextdoor building. I have gone to the CHA formally known as HAWK clinic for many years. They no longer take adult dental patients so it's not as convenient as it used to be. They have relocated the University Health services to a different department so I no longer have as many needs handled by this agency as I used to, but they are great. They also have a pantry and are a wonderful resource. I am no longer next door as often as I once was, so my needs have been relocated but a great community resource. I received my COVID vaccination here.

Things have changed SO much for the better here. My first and previous experience here left a bad impression (apathy and rudeness). Today I had a new doctor (Jaime Stewart) who was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and really took her time. The staff was also kind and courteous with very little wait time given the amount of people there. This will definitely encourage me to seek preventative care here without the reluctance I had before. Thank you!

Had to pull all of my kids from here. My youngest is 3 and autistic and the wait was almost always a 3 hour wait including the waiting room and my son would get overstimulated from being stuck in one place for so long he would screaming by the time they sent someone in. And they are very rude they turned me and my kids away because we were 3 minutes late and said they have a "2 minute grace period" like wth is that?? I walked there from my house in the heat with four kids and I tried explaining it to them but the ladies behind the counter were very aggressive and rude about us needing to leave and even told me we couldn't sit down for a few minutes to relax before we went home. It was the WORST experience I've EVER had.
