Great first experience with Coach Craft. Brittney at the front desk was very communicative and polite. Repairs on my car were great, and I was provided updates almost daily. Only downside is I was quoted a week and it took 2, but I understand things happen. Great auto body shop!

I took my truck in to quote a tailgate replacement. Called 4 times and after a month gave uo. Front staff nice but estimator not good!!! They should have just told me not interested,no bid.

Update: Mike called to apologize and explain they had some staffing issues. He offered to replace my rain guards. I had to go back in a couple more times but really appreciate him making the effort to make things right!
Brought my car in for the estimate and made the appointment to bring it back to get the actual work done. When I brought my car in for our scheduled appointment 2 weeks later, they had NO record of the appointment. Yet, somehow they had ordered and received all the parts needed.
Then, they said I needed a full gas tank for the calibrations. They became VERY RUDE when I suggested they should have told me this BEFORE the appointment. They insisted they don't need to as it's the car manufacturer's policy, not theirs. So I guess all customers should call their car manufacturers to ask about autobody work since not much is their actual responsibility. They are the ones who know about it! Customer service becoming rude and refusing to admit any oversight, big or small, is always a joy.
On my drive home after I picked up my car, I noticed a flapping noise as I drove down the freeway. Couldn't really figure out what it was until I got home. When I got home and closed the car door, my rain guard was half off. So lucky that it didn't fly off and hit another car or person as I was driving home. I called them and left them a message about it. No return call a week later.
No. Just no.

I brought my Chevy Colorado to coachcraft after a minor accident. All of the staff are friendly and knowledable. I was updated on the repair status often by my advisor Paul. I would recommend them to anyone who needs quality body work in a timely manner. Thanks coach craft!

Took my 2019 Cadillac CTS in after a horrific accident, and let me tell you that I cannot stress enough how worrried I was to leave my baby with anyone! Coach craft was amazing! I spoke with Destiney over the phone, she was kind and professional and made me worry at ease. I was greeted by her right when I walked in. The office looked like it was just done m, even had coffee for me while I waited for my estimate. Taylor was my estimator, her knowledge for cars was unbelievable. The pick up was a fast and easy process, they even pull it up right to the door for you and go over all the workmanship that was done. I got my car back in less than 2 weeks, she looks better than before and they even washed it! I definitely recommend Coachcraft for any auto body work you may need!
