I had originally booked an appointment at Big Brand Tire & Service through my warranty company Repair Pal, due to my vehicle having a check engine light come on while driving. Was hoping it might just require a minor repair but after Big Brand Tire ran their diagnostics, gave it a full inspection, and fixed the issue causing the check engine light, they discovered that I also had a damaged cam/lifter that would eventually destroy my engine if left un-repaired.
Kenny and his team did an amazing job working with my warranty company to not only locate an engine for my older (2012) vehicle but also keeping me updated along the way and working to save me as much money as possible. Thanks to Kenny and Big Brand Tire I only had to pay my deductible for a brand new engine along with some other required maintenance for the repair.
They even went above and beyond and fixed a likely unrelated exhaust rattle that caused noise while driving at no cost to me. Kenny was a fantastic service advisor to work with and his team did a great job on my vehicles repair. Would highly recommend Big Brand Tire & Service if your vehicle is in need of repair, big or small.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BigService Tire and Service when my Nissan had a flat tire, and I ended up replacing all four tires. Not only Four new tires and an alignment but I was late for my appointment and they still got me in with no hassle or upset and had me out of there in fantastic time!
The girl at the front desk was so happy and nice what a real sweetheart!

Very personable people working at the Reno location. Bought tires here for my GMC for a fair quality price and went back to get a service on my engine cooling system.
So far this shop seems honest and will rectify any issues found on their end.

Was a little skeptical at first because when I initially called, I was placed on hold for 18 minutes and forgotten about. Called back because I had a free oil change coupon for new customers out of the ValuPak that comes in the mail. Figured it was too good to be true but can’t beat a free oil change! I called back and had an appointment for same day just 2 hrs later. (Which was better than everywhere else I had been calling. *cough*tiresplussucks*cough*)
Show up with my coupon at the appointment time and IT WASNT TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! They fully honored the coupon because my car was eligible for the oil types included in the package the coupon offered. To even more of my surprise, they also included a free brake inspection, alignment check, suspension check AND battery test.
The service was quick and phenomenal. Many staff members offered me a water while I waited and told me to help myself to watch the tv. They also had coffee and what looked like popcorn while you waited. I am glad I have this place a second chance after the first contact. I won’t go anywhere else now. Gained a customer for life. Thanks for being awesome.
