They hire some women with the red lip stick tattoo on her neck. she is rude, unprofessional, and extremely ghetto. She is not friendly but hostile. I'll be avoiding this gas station from now on. FYI, their pump is extremely slow. It's like they never clean the filter on the pump.

The machines are old and malfunction all the time. Most of the time you can't get a printed receipt, it says "see the cashier inside." And this last time the machine malfunctioned and ate my Safeway $.10 mileage award. I went to another pump and the reward was gone. All because their machine malfunction it stole my credit. Avoid this horrible place!

Some of you may wonder...what gives Chris G? Why you stop going to Costco gas station...it's because my Rover mechanic threatened to beat me up if I didn't start going to Chevron or Texaco fuel stations. He told me that Costco premium fuels are like a bag of mixed nuts. You never know what gasoline tier fuel your going to get. Hence unknown fuels makers can over time damage high performance engines. And wear and tear cost money Yelpstars. So I'd rather pay a little more at the pump than thousands in engine repair bills. Costco gas stations are honestly still my favorites, however I'm driving a needy, bitchy, supercharged British machine. So anyhow...little fact you didn't know about Chris G, I hate gas stations. Gas stations allow for random encounters with unknown and undesirable folks sometimes where crime happens. The pros of this Chevron Extra Mile is its quick, and no angry Costco gas fuelers fighting for pumps. also, It is closer to my Casa than Costco. Anyway Yelpstars the Crime tip of the day is to be aware at gas stations while pumping! Although I've never had any issues at this gas station. It's clean and it's efficient but don't linger. Be safe my friends.

Horrific! Pumps don't work right and always have receipt issues! Been going on for over 6 months and they keep saying they've requested it be fixed.

I was in town on a mini-vaca and I stopped here to fill up. I had the worst service from the lady behind the counter. She acted like I was interrupting her day because she had to come back to the register to check out. I am not sure if they just need more help, but they need a course in customer service 101. Don't treat your customers like assholes. Just because it's a gas station and you give zero f**ks about your job, don't take it out on the people who are trying to keep your employer in business. It's sad as hell that this review is even happening right now. I felt so affected by this horrible service that I thought about it all the way home and am now using yelp as a means to express my dissatisfaction in my horrible experience. Way to go Chevron. Keep up the good work in hiring the best at being the worst.

Rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. Chevron's employee Pamela has no respect for customers and takes her job too seriously!!! When my husband mistakenly left his ID in the car she refused to sell him cigarettes which is understandable. I went inside by myself to purchase them and she refused to sell to me because my husband forgot his ID. I explained that he forgot it in the car and she refused to look at our IDs or sell us any tobacco products!!! We are in our mid 30's!!!!! Pamela was 100% having a bad day and refused to listen to the fact that I was telling her to look at our IDs. I've never seen a gas station worker be so discriminatory. There was no other reasoning for her ridiculous behavior. I guess common sense isnt a requirement to work there. I will never return when every other gas station has better customer service. Not only was she straight rude and disrespectful she also was mocking me by repeating what I was saying. I felt like I was talking to a child. I'll be using 76 now.

I'm not a huge fan of stations that don't have a separate nozzle for each grade of fuel. My hotrod has a small tank so it frustrates me that I get a hose full of 'regular' before my premium starts flowing. I think it bothers me most because I'm paying for the premium while the regular is being pumped out. I know, I guess I'm just picky like that. That said they still get three stars, the station was clean outside and easy to get into and out of when coming from west to east and leaving to the west.
