Horrible customer service in the mid morning and afternoon. I walked in and was told to leave my purse behind the counter. I refused because I've never had to leave my purse behind a counter. They said it was a bag when it's a small purse. One had a very smart mouth and told me stay gone when I refused and was on the way out she says she's the manager but she's too unprofessional The other one was strung out on drugs obviously and started yelling at me telling me I had a big bag not a purse. I asked If I ever stole something from there to make them think..they didn't care they were very rude and I was mistreated due to other peoples actions. I will never go back in the daytime. I don't think they should be violating peoples rights like that they make 15 dollars n hour I don't trust them with my purse with all my identification and credit cards they are really getting crazy. Also you guys aren't the only store around the area so I'll walk to the market down the street where I'm treated with respect

Whoever the busted-looking new manager is needs a lesson in customer service or to be fired. I am a working professional who visits this store almost daily, spending hundreds monthly. My debit card was stolen so I tried to do Apple Pay for cash back and they wouldn’t let me do it twice. Will never visit another Chevron the rest of my life.

Worst customer service EVER! Lacey needs to be either FIRED or retrained to realize she is a customer service provider and NOT security. She LITERALLY came from behind the counter to tell me to turn my music down 3 seconds into me entering the store with only 2 other customers who were NOT bothered by the music. Lacey, I'm sorry but you suck and your life is trash because you make it like that. Stop taking it out on your customers. I know this is a high traffic store but we're not all vagrants. Go to counseling young man/woman or whatever you identify as....

They will take (steal) $75 from your debit card and "hold" it. To make sure you have enough to cover your purchase.How anyone thinks this is an acceptable practice is beyond logic.It's inconvenient and stupid. That's why I suggest people avoid buying gas here. Find a place that doesn't need to steal from their customers....oh sorry I mean "borrow"

I'm giving this two stars only because the staff were yelling at people to put on their masks (bravo! And thank you!) however this has to be the sketchiest Chevron I've ever stopped at in my whole life. We were passing though from Idaho to CA and stoped to get gas and coffee. There was a dude trying to sell some card (maybe a stolen credit card?) out front, everyone inside was dirty, smelly, and seemed like they were on something. My husband saw a drug deal happen right outside the doors as he was filling up. It was adjacent to a even more sketchy motel where most of the people inside were coming to and from. Avoid at all costs.
