A few months ago I went in & bought an EV Blazer. We found out we were having another baby & needed to trade the Blazer for a bigger vehicle. We ended up buying the 2024 Tahoe (my dream mom car)! Billy did everything he could at helping us so we could walk away with a bigger vehicle, but also not be upside down on our Blazer. We are so happy with it!

Don’t plan on getting your vehicle looked at - at your appointment time. I called at the end of the day of my appointment which was at 8:30 am and was told by the lady who answers the service phone it takes another 3-5 days to get your vehicle troubleshoot after you drop it off at your scheduled appointment time. Called again the next afternoon and Champion Service still had not looked at my vehicle, I went and picked it up and will get it repaired somewhere else!

I have been coming to Champion since 1983….and I can only say it has improved!!! Of course miss Ziggy but Kyle has filled in that place superbly ! And then Danny in service but Chris; has certainly taken his position with the same caring and throughness. You all have helped me with many solutions to my problems!!! That said we are a Chevy family through and through!!!

I had to wait approximately 15 min to get checked in for my oil change, tire rotation and filter replacement appointment. My truck was serviced under budget and faster than I thought. Appreciate the good service.

First service ok forgot to mention a oil leak after the first oil change on a brand new truck. Had a fast turn around and quickly diagnosed, the service Writer got me in for a repair.

Had a CIL light come on, made an appointment to have it looked at. Waited the 1 week for the appointment. Dropped the truck off at 7:30am Monday, the time of the appointment. Day 1 no call to update. Day 2 no call, I had to call at the end of the day, truck still had not been looked at. Day 3 no call for update. Day 4 I had to call again for update, truck still has not been looked at. Day 5 no call again, I had to leave a voicemail. Day 6 after the weekend and a holiday finally get an answer but can’t trouble shoot the CIL until the batteries get replaced for over $1000. Why make appointments if you know the service shop is slammed and you are not going to get it it for a week or more? I will never take any of the 3 large work trucks my company purchased from Champion. I will be going to Carson or Fallon anytime I need dealer service.
