My experiences at Caughlin Pack-n-Ship have always been consistently great! The newest owner, Mike, is always willing to help and/or offer solutions to anything I need to mail. And, Anna is amazing! She is patient will all requests and knows what you can and can't do as far as anything you need to mail, pack, or ship. With limited help these days it is so nice to go here and see consistent familiar employees who are always welcoming. I feel their prices are very fair and worth it considering it's very conveniently located so close to my home. Kudos to Mike and his staff for running a very honest and good small business!

Horrible place. I was very nice. Had a Poshmark drop to do. Asked the guy if I needed to buy a package and he knew my label said PRIORITY which comes with a bag. So he tried to rob me for $3.25 and then when I said something gave me a bag. I was very nice said have a great day and thank you and he was still rude. Horrible service and even more rude told me IM NOT THE POST OFFICE. Well then why would you have post office duties???? Why when I googled the closest location did you pop up? I hope nobody gives this place any business!!! Unbelievable and don't worry I know you're not a post office cause they wouldn't treat me that way!!!!! As I was leaving I let him know he was getting a review!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to the main office on Vassar

Since the new owner took over the customer service has been horrible and the owner himself could care less about getting things delivered. I had shipped a package that was very important from this store, it was returned, and the owner kept it, did not call, even though my number was on the package, and kept it for 4 weeks. I was blaming the post office and it was him the whole time!

I highly recommend the absolute convenience of Caughlin Pack-N-Ship. I had to overnight my sister's prescription eye glasses she left. It was right before 5:00 pm closing time and my packet was hand carried & rushed to the waiting Fed Ex truck. Thank you again! Such incredible customer service!

I've always had bad luck with shipping at USPS. So, when I found this place, I was happy to find a locally owned place. The service is always amazing. They are so helpful when I come in with an item and have no idea what to put the item in. And they always have a dish of candy! With Kit Kat's. So of course I'm in love with this place! I will never ship anywhere else.

My experience with Caughlin Pack-N-Ship was maybe a minute total. 30 seconds when I spoke to someone named Mike on the phone to ask if they take USPS drop offs. And another 30 seconds to walk my package in the store. They have a drop off bucket for boxes with pre paid USPS shipping labels. It was so convenient to have a place to drop off USPS packages so close since the nearest USPS store isn't really close. I dropped off my package around 2 and it was picked up same day. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my interaction wasn't long enough to rate customer service.
