Zach was amazing to talk to and made it super easy to get a new auto policy set up. I had been with progressive for years and they recently increased my rates astronomically, with no tickets, claims, or accidents after I removed a driver and the most expensive car from my policy. Zach was able to save me $2400 a year just on my two cars and my rental insurance, and we’re working on my motorcycle insurance now too. State Farm and Zach earned a life long customer by saving me so much and by being so pleasant to deal with. 10/10, definitely recommend!

Great human behind this State Farm office! I had out of state insurance card and had to transfer my cars registration to NV. Casey got the transfer going almost instantly & made me feel like my best interest's are at the for front. I would highly recommend Casey for all your insurance needs!! THANK YOU!

Zach helped me with my update my policies to Nevada policies. He’s explained the difference between my previous state’s coverage and explained the benefits of upgrading it! He is such a pleasure to work with! I’m so glad I found Casey Phoenix’s office!

Relocated from out of State and solely looked online for a new Agent, found Casey and called them. Zach answered and started the process... He and Casey were and are AWESOME.. Zach handled all of my questions and took care of all the paperwork and calls and emails that needed to be made. I really did nothing from out of state to take cafe of my move, they did it all... When I got here we met and they were just as great in person as they were on the phone and through email... Looked over the policies as to be expected, share info about the transfer process, added a couple new things, saved me a TON of MONEY from where I moved from... Really great guys in that office... I like them personally and professionally.. Wouldn't have it any other way.. They are suppose to be my Agent and they were from start to final move and new policies in place... This is a REAL and ACCURATE HONEST review of Casey and Zach... If your moving from out of state and need the real deal these are the guys... like I said I literally did nothing b ut share some info and they did the rest... Thank you Zach and Casey...Proud to be a part of the team of customers... Very happy.... James

I love this insurance agent. I switched from Allstate to state farm a couple of years back after they kept increasing me, even though my driving record is perfect, and I travel minimally. Casey and Dillion and their whole team have been just wonderful to work with and I have never had any problems ever. They keep me updated on any changes, and even good changes when my rates go down.

Everyone in this office is SO friendly and responsive. We had another state farm agent whom we could never get a hold of. Casey and his team are a breath of fresh air! We have quite a few policies with them, and they have been so professional to deal with. Dylan spent over 1/2 with me on the phone while I was sitting at the DMV to register a very old car to get the information I needed so I would not have to return a 3rd time. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We will be clients for life!

This office and staff do a great job with their customer service. Alex, whom I have been dealing with these past weeks has always been so responsive and pays attention to every detail. She is amazing. All offices should have an "Alex" as part of their staff. In general the entire staff is very friendly and helpful with my account. Kudos to them all.

Moved from out of state and contacted Casey Phenix office for our insurance and to move our insurance over to Reno. Dylan LaFollette helped us with moving over our insurance from out of state, worked through some hiccups and made sure everything was covered. He patiently answered questions and went over many 'how come' questions. When you are in a bind with a printer, you know you have a good neighbor when your State Farm agent prints out documents for DMV paperwork. That was a life saver! Both Dylan and Casey have been great to work with and super responsive. Thank you!! Highly recommend this team and office. We have been State Farm customers for a long long time!
