The agent we worked with was very professional and kind. The purchasing process was painless and went smoothly.
After getting home we realized that while the car looked clean on the surface, enough that we didn't nothing anything amiss while test driving it or checking it out, it was not professionally detailed. Some areas just needed a wipe down. The previous owner most definitely had a dog or dogs. There was doghair in the carpet and clumps of it between the buckles in the seats. We had to pay to have it detailed after we purchased it.

Although I found CarMax easy and convenient to deal with, you have to understand that you will be paying for that convenience. Their pricing is at least $6 to $7 thousand over Blue Book or Edmonds.

Process was simple and fast. I did the online quote and made a reservtion to complete the transaction. After arriving the estimator viewed the vehicle, confirmed the online price, then the purchase was completed in less than one hour. Very friendly and competent people.

I love my car and it was such an easy process. I had been stalking the app for months and found the car i wanted pop up at a CarMax in California. I ordered it to ship to Reno and it got here about a week later. They messed up on my initial credit application, but bought me dinner for the extra time spent fixing this. I got a great finance rate, excellent service, max care warranty and gap coverage for a great price. CarMax did all the paperwork, Vin inspection, and smog so that I was able to register my car online. I will definitely use CarMax again. Great overall experience.

I bought a vehicle from CarMax at this location, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I appreciated how easy they were to work with throughout the process. The price of my car was lower than I expected, and I am happy with the financing outcome. The vehicle runs smoothly with no issues; all fluids were topped off, and the engine bay was very clean. The car had only 5,000 miles on it and had been well-maintained, with all services documented inside the glove box. Overall, I am very pleased with the sale.

The purchase was so much easier than going to a car dealership! I found the pickup I wanted, got a trade-in value, and entered all of my information - all online - before I went to the store. I made an appointment and the deal was complete within 2 1/2 hours! Usually it is a whole day ordeal. I highly recommend CARMAX in Reno. We worked with Clarabelle, and she was terrific!

Everybody at Carmax just goes the extra mile. I love talking to the front desk support staff and everything that was promised to me by my sales person has been granted. So there was a very weird bolt that was holding on my license plate and I wasn’t sure what kind of tool I was going to need to get it off of there. Well I drove up to Carmax told them about what was going on and sure enough Danielle comes out with her drill and changed my license plate in two seconds and I went on my merry way. Hats off to Danielle!

After my previous car was claimed a total loss, I looked online and found a car I was almost positive I wanted. Ordered it to be shipped and was informed by text the whole way. Scheduled an appointment to test drive and fell in love. We scheduled a quick pick up and although it took longer than expected due to a slight hiccup in paperwork, it was still an amazing experience. We will definitely be going back in the future!
