The employees here always seem to be either only conversing with each other or completely ignoring the customers in general. Came in today with Hispanic music blaring from a personal speaking in the food prep area. Floors and counters were sticky and dirty in all of the self-serve food/drink areas There were at least 4 people working and yet no greetings from any of them. Napkin dispensers on both self-serve food islands were all empty, which I needed after stepping in some sticky spilled soda, making my shoes stick to the floor when I walked. Freight boxes, both sealed and empty, were either stacked or tossed in people's way. A cart full of boxes of candy to stock the shelf was left in the aisle for customers to maneuver around. If not for it being a franchise and it being convenient, I probably wouldn't shop here.

Stop by to get gas. Went inside and prepaid. Was given a receipt without a word. Walked outside, tossed the receipt away but when I got to the pump it said I needed an authorization code. It was on the receipt that I just put in the garbage. I went and asked for a reprint of the receipt but was told I was out of luck. My only two options were to do another charge on my card and wait for the refund to come back for the original one or dig through the garbage for my receipt. Will not be coming back

Third time this week they were completely out of House blend coffee by 9 am??? Also completely out of all 4 automated creamers. Hispanic cashier at 9 am on Nov 21, 2021 had rap music on so loud he couldn't hear me tell him he was out of House coffee. I asked if he could turn the music down a little and he just stared. I have been to this location numerous times throughout the day and evening and they have never had any hot dogs grilling. The Manger of this store needs to be more active....maybe check out & see what a great job other Maveriks in this area are doing. Unfortunately this is the only one in my neighborhood, so they keep forcing me to go to 7-11 to get my coffee.

The mandatory wearing of a mask went into effect today. I pulled up to the store and saw a couple walk in with no masks on. I'm shocked! Do people not watch the news? I get out of the car and walk to the door, I can't believe it, there is a sign on the door. "No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service." I go inside and watch, wow the employee is ringing them up. I noticed other customers with no mask. What good is the sign if they aren't going to enforce it? I see an employee in the kitchen with her mask under her chin carrying something around the corner from the back. I use to be very impressed about the cleanliness and professionalism of this store.

Maverick Gas Station is good! I like this Maverick Gas Station. It is conveniently located and not to busy. Everytime I have stopped by here it has never been to busy. Other Maverick Gas Station I have been to have been pretty busy especially during the morning but this one is pretty good. Staff here was pretty friendly and accommodating. The facility is kept pretty clean and the bathrooms are pretty good and keep clean as well. This Maverick Gas Station is easy to get in and out of. Plus it is right on the north end of Mccarran so very easy to spot from the road. I remember when this was just a dirt lot when I was in high school. I am glad they made a nice and convenient gas Station here. I usually like to spot here rather than the other ones down the road just because it is cleaner and there aren't as many people. My favorite place just got better. Taco Tuesdays is a new tradition that I highly recommend. I just stopped for my morning coffee and saw that Me Mu had breakfast tacos. I bought two steak tacos, steak and egg, a sausage and egg taco and a bacon and a taco. They are really large and only cost a dollar. And the condiment bars amazing and fresh.

I love this particular Maverik. Always friendly employees. For being a busy store it is usually stocked well. Made to order food has always been fresh and delicious. I would have given 5 stars however, there is ALWAYS a long line. They never have enough cashiers. Therefore 4 stars it is Maverik :(

Probably a 3.5 for me. Hit and miss in the mornings when the food is ready. Some days it earlier than others for whatever reason. Seems to be a lot of turnover. Different people preparing food. Maybe thats the reason for the inconsistency? It boggles me how some of the kitchen help would even pass a drug test as they display traits of certain habits. Cashiers are friendly and seem to be legit. There was one who seemed buzzed at least one time I was in there but she seems to be gone. Love the set up and variety of the Maverik Stations. Food prices are decent and the food is good. If the morning food service was more consistent, I'd probably give them 4 stars.
