I was recommended by my insurance company to use Caliber to fix my car. My accident happened in early February. The person who contacted me walked me through finding a date that I could drop off my car and looked at Calibers schedule and put me on the books for 3/15. My car is still drivable so the date did not bother me, I also understand the backlog of appointments.I get a call from Caliber on 3/14, less than 24 hours before my appointment stating they were not going to be able to accommodate me after all but I could swing by and get an estimate which then they could "maybe get you in early May" I explained that I didn't understand since the appointment had been made weeks ago, which I got a very condescending response "well those people schedule times they shouldn't be scheduling" "I spoke to the GM and yeah we definitely cant do a drop off tomorrow"I understand that some things you cannot plan and some cases may go longer to resolve than others. What I don't understand is the attitude the person on the phone had towards not being able to accommodate me. They placed the blame on someone else but themselves. If there is an issue with the calendar Caliber shares, then why not contact me sooner so that I can make changes to my plans. I had to cancel my rental, and re-adjust my schedule at work last minute. The person was not at all apologetic nor tried to make the situation right. Poor customer service, cannot trust my experience will improve giving them business

Took the truck in for repair, staff very efficient, explained everything. Repair was slightly delayed, not the fault of caliber collision, they were sent the wrong parts twice! But overall, would recommend them! Kept informed of repairs, so good communication! Thank you Calliber Collision!

Great company. Did excellent work on my truck, even got me a free running board out of the deal and detailed it beautifully.

Very impressed with Calibers workmanship and professional standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber to anyone who needs body work done.

The time I had to get my quote, they were super nice. The moment I came, my insurance insurance canceled the claim they were not so friendly anymore.Back story, I scheduled the appointment via my insurance company, but the person who hit me said their insurance will cover. This man was so sweet. I contacted their insurance and asked if they take caliber collision. They said wherever I want to go is fine. So, I called the day before my appointment to make sure I still had one. I got an email sent showing it was still going to happen. I showed up. The lady at the front desk was sweet until she checked and said it was canceled by my insurance. She automatically went to defensive mode. Saying we don't do that. Me being pregnant could not remember if she was the one who told me it was ok.I explained and even told her that before I left the last time, it would be ok if the other parties insurance paid. Long story short. I would not go here again.I'm glad they didn't fix my car, for it could be half fixed.I have had to go to autonomy shops a lot. My workplace is visious in the parking lot, and parked cars get hit all the time. I'm not sure why. Also, I'm older and haven't had the nicest cars in the past, so I had to go to mechanices to do simple repairs. I bought this car and made sure I did my due diligence to get it checked at every milestone. So, based on all the repairs of shops and mechanics, this is the worst customer service. It was a short 2 minute interaction, but I didn't want to battle a lady that already made judgements on me and probably thought I wouldn't be able to just pay out of pocket for my appointment while I situate it on the back end with my insurance.I planned and ensured today would go smoothly. I even worked earlier to make sure I got a request and some project actions completed while I would be out to drop my car off. You never know how long they may take or how long they will keep your car. This is my longest review on Google. You guys can check them outI'm not sure if they are good at fixing your car, but I know the customer service is not what it should be. Maybe my pregnancy anger is also just showing ever so slightly, but I think k I'm doing good. One person ruined my entire experience with them. The lady I called yesterday was super sweet and super helpful. For sure, it was not the lady I met with today. Thanks for staying this long if you made it this far. Have a good day all.

Great experience over all. Referred by my insurance company for a claim and they made the process very smooth.

Very busy repair shop ... and I can see why. Top notch. Lifetime warranty on all repairs. And the car was delivered clean, inside and out (best wash job ever).

Hate to do this but I feel I need to. My wife had a minor accident. Caliber was recommended by my insurance company. We went sometime in late September and we were told they couldn’t get to it until December. We made an appointment for right after new years. We were told 7-10 days to complete the job. 3+ weeks later we were told it was ready. We went to pick it up and we immediately noticed a few issues. Body panels that didn’t line up, dirt or something in the paint (like 10-12 spots over a small area) a piece of plastic trim was poorly applied as well as the wheel liner. After notifying my insurance company about the problem we were given a rental to use until the car was repaired. Not once have they contacted us to let us know what they were doing or how long it might take. Not even to tell us they were giving us a rental. My insurance agent told us, and Enterprise called us to set it up. We are very disappointed with the scheduling, communication and workmanship. Hopefully we will never need to use a body shop again, but if we do it will not be Caliber Collision.

The customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced. They updated me regularly on where my vehicle was at during the process. Great communication with their customers.

I called & talked with Jamie on 17 Sep 2023, she set me up with appointment on 17 November 2023. The repair of my 2009 Toyota Yaris, 4-dr Sedan was completed on 19 Dec.The 2+ months was worth the wait. Ethan, the person who actually did the repair work made everything RIGHT, like he was working on his Mother's car.I was involved in a fender bender, the driver's door wouldn't open, driver's side front left fender & headlight housing was the extent of the exterior body work. Steering & Alignment needed to be fixed plus some support parts were bend/damaged. (see Photos)Incidentally, 17 Insurance Companies send their policyholders to Caliber Collision/Reno (see photo of this list)Hossein, the Service Advisor met me the moment I drove onto the lot on 17 November & he "listened" to me + I gave him a printed list of things I believed needed to be fixed, which he accepted.I'd been offered a vehicle in place of my damaged car when I first filed my claim. I politely declined saying I could managed with my good ole "shoe leather express", that I wanted all time, effort, & costs to go toward repairing my car RIGHT.I was told I'd be given phone call updates as things progressed. I politely explained there was no need for anyone to call me with updates, just repair my car RIGHT & let me know when the repair is completed.I was given an approximate date of 15 Dec., a Friday; on 19 Dec I was called & told the repair was complete.During the next several days, I determined the headlights had been properly adjusted. When driving at 70mph there was no steering feedback or vibration, the steering & alignment had been fixed.I'd asked for & was given a printed copy of the repairs, a printed post OBD Diagnostic report, & a printed Alignment report. The repair exceeded my expectations in every way, I highly recommend Caliber Collision/Reno.
