What a joke of a store this is. Zero customer service. Obviously poorly managed. After hearing Employees complain about taking their breaks and waiting in line for 15 minutes in line. I just walked out. I will never set foot in this store again. Here’s a bit of free advice hire people that want to work. Here’s a concept hire people that will ask your customers, how can I help you? So disappointing.

I'll pick this place over Disneyland ANY day! I swear this might be the coolest store on the planet! It's like a Tractor Supply, plus a Boot Barn, as many guns as Sportsman's Warehouse, the full Stihl line, more Milwaukee and Dewalt tools than Home Depot carries, and the people were all cool. You gotta watch this place, you'll walk out poor with too much good stuff to fit in your car!

This place is awesome. I went in for some tool, which were of course, locked up. So I walked to the gun counter, and they had signs saying they were short staffed, so I walked back up to the front to the lady who greeted me as I came in. I didn't catch her name, unfortunately. She quickly contacted another associate to unlock the tools for me, so I walked back to the tools, and the associate was already there. Some playful banter back and forth as we walked up to the counter. Even though they were short staffed, the associates were still polite and efficient. This place hires rock stars!

I like this store for its convenient location and ease of getting in and out of the store. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Great selection of items. The clothing department is pretty good and well kept. They also have rifles, shotguns, pistols and other guns for sale. Lots of small farming equipment, pet food, gardening and more. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I love this place. It has a huge variety and stuff like snap shirts you can't find anywhere else. Also camping stuff, toys, garden supplies, animal and ranch items. A bit pricy so you have to control yourself but great store.

WOW!! Was just getting pricing on some products and looking at their saddle accessories!!! Reminiscing of my barrel racing days and then turn around and see an awful scary skinny mannish woman staring at me watching me touch everything!!! What an awful experience to be hawked at because I was the only “DIFFERENT PERSON” in the store!!! Definitely not a great customer experience ?

This store is awesome! A cross between Costco, Bootbarn, Home Depot and Walmart. A little bit of everything. Friendly service, too. Get there!

I shop here with my girlfriend all the time and noticed they brought in a new cashier that seems really nice, I believe her name was Cindy. She’s a decent cashier (when she doesn’t ring up items you dont have) but we’ve noticed that she’s been super rude to the other workers around her. It even got to a point where she walked away from the register customers were at and started heading to the back of the store when another associate came to the front and they apologized and had no idea what that was about. It has become a lot clearer that she isn’t a nice person at all and just puts on a show for customers and when she thinks they aren’t paying attention and is absolutely disgusting towards the other workers. We notice her saying rude things about them, roll her eyes or even just ignore them all together. We love shopping here but won’t be returning until the management figures something out with that employee. She rubs us and the rest of our family the wrong way.

I'm not going to ever shopping at a calranch as this is beyond sketchy and I don't need my identity stolen.I came into the store this week and witnessed multiple employees who looked upset and one of them crying. I thought id do that right thing and ask if they were ok. The poor girl who was crying just explained how some ex-employees had stolen multiple staff's information and used it to steal $1000's from the company. The owner was apparently in the store at the time and had forced the employees to sign papers saying that they stole the money and that they would be terminated if they did not sign papers admitting to guilt. She explained that half the employees were written up, lost their discounts, and staff was being called in one by one to find out if they would be fired. This honestly looks like a case of identity theft and the company is shifting the blame onto the employees. These employees are teenagers and young adults and I truly hope that these employees get the justice they deserve. Shame on Cal Ranch for doing this to their staff and I hope these employees find new jobs that will treat them as humans and not accuse them of theft.

This store is got absolutely everything, that's a knick knacks, great candy selection and jellies and jams. I found some of the items to be very higb in price, in the clothing wow they're just way out of my range if you go down to Boot Barn right across the street you can get some of the same shirts for cheaper a really ought to do check and see if their competition has the same clothing for. But the fines that you find there are great I love the greeting cards, and the wooden plaques, and the staff is very helpful and very clean store.

First time in Reno store. Had a bad experience at the Carson store and the manager there never bothered to resolve the issue, so I have been avoiding this one. For the plus side....store is clean, was easy to find help for a price check, was offered help finding things twice. For the minus side...how long has this store been open? It still feels like they are setting up most of the horse and ranch stuff I go there for, and some shelves with random items and no prices-one of my biggest pet peeves!-or price tags that appear to be for the item on the shelf, but you have to read the fine print to realize it is for an item that isn't even on the shelf. A lot of the large stuff in the back of the store, rubber mats, troughs, even tomato cages, no prices! Very frustrating. I don't mind searching for a price check once in a while, but not for multiple items that I may have otherwise purchased had prices been marked. will I go back? Probably. This store is conveniently located for me. Big R and Tractor Supply are not. It is about time a farm and ranch store returned to Reno. If you grew up here like I did ( and you're old, lol) you would remember Albers on Timber way. It disappeared a l o n g time ago. And yes, we have always had feed stores with their over inflated prices, but unfortunately it now takes a big box chain store to bring reasonable prices and selection back to town. I digress, but I REALLY miss my old Reno ranch town.
