I had an awful experience. I don't normally shop at Burlington, but the few times I have it's made me want to warn everyone I know about this specific location. First, it's a mess. There are clothes on the floors, pillows on the floors, everything's a mess. I get some places are more organized than others, but it's not hard to keep things presentable. I found a rack for my bathroom, but the line was so incredibly long and there was only one register open. There were about 25 people ahead of me. I decided to leave what I had in my hand and walk out. One register open is crazy. Especially considering all the workers we saw walking around doing nothing. If you have this much people wanting to buy your products, why only have one register open? It's just plain dumb. A manager needs to head down here and tidy things up.

They do not have enough staff. The manager allowed one cashier to checkout a line of 20+ people. Management did not attempt to try and help with checking. I saw her stocking shelves. Multiple people asked/requested help at the register and they did not send anyone to help the poor young lady doing her best to check people out. Several people stated they had been in line for more than one hour and waited because they did the shopping to find the items. Children lost there patience and began to cry. What a sorry excuse for a store and how awful to treat your staff. Shout out to the nice cashier girl for just handing in there and doing her best.

If your so worried about people stealing shopping carts then add a lock out if they go past a certain point in the parking lot. Don't make me carry my hundreds of dollars worth of items to my car or leave my items behind to pull my car up to the front doors. Terrible

Employees are rude when you enter. No carts. The place is so cluttered you can't find anything. Totally chaotic. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

This place was never good in customer service eversince we lived in Reno. It's very rare that we go in here. Im putting 1 star just so I can put in a review. We got random things in the cart roughly $250-$300 worth, just killing time in Reno. My son needed to use the restroom, and we were told"WE NO LONGER HAVE PUBLIC RESTROOMS."I don't get it. WE are a customer!!! We called Ross and asked how well their customer service and if the restroom for customers were available. A very nice associate replied with information. We then went to Ross and spent exactly $272. 89 for random things while killing time in Reno.I highly suggest Ross or the MALL.I can not wait for this place to close down. There are a lot of places that deserve our business, will treat us, and our hard earned money with much more respect.

We just went there and my mother has bladder issues and they said they have no public restrooms. The service sucks and they have items on the ground and out of order. Don't go what so ever

I've liked Burlington for decades! There are 2 locations in the Reno area. The older store is located on South Virginia Street & the newer store is located in the Legends Outlet in Sparks. The new store is fast more organized and updated, although I think they remodeled the original location a few years ago. They have a good variety of styles & sizes. My favorite section has always been the haircare & and bathroom essentials. I've found many unique brands & exotic blends, all at wonderful department store prices! The staff has always been helpful and pleasant.I've never used the layaway program, but I believe it's still an option.

Whenever I shop here, everything is so disorganized. They also claim to have bargains, but their prices are generally comparable to Target, if not more expensive.

Some decent prices on some stuff however very hard to find items. Seem like men's clothes were throwing everywhere. Extra large shirts in the medium area...so on.

Selection was shipped and the shelf was still low on product. But the choice was still minimal yet only clearance items in bulk and remains except the hats were displayed and new seasons merchandise was ready to be fulfilled.
