Burlington is fantastic. It has great deals on name brand clothing and other products. I get most of my clothes there, including a Canadian made winter parka for $70 and a pair of Sketchers slip-in's for $45. Great place! I recommend it. If you go on the weekend, go early as it will be busy.

I loved the prices and the store, but unfortunately, someone stole money from my purse. When I asked the manager (Cathie or similar) for the camera footage, she told me to come back on Monday. So, I lost the chance to find out if the person who took the money is still at the store and to get my money back. Felt helpless in this situation.

I had a bit of a challenge experience with an employee when I 1st attempted to exchange my dress at the Burlington Store, however thanks to the brand new management personal the return process went nothing far from excellent, all thanks to Jessie! Wow, what a gamechanger at the Burlington Store, gone are the days of nasty service and horrible shopping experiences. This time, everything operated fantastically! Jessie was a superstar with my merchandise return sharp, customer-focused, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly and that I was totally satisfied. It’s staff like Jessie who transform shopping at Burlington into an absolute joy. Two thumbs way up!! Jessie not only looked sharp and professional, but his customer-oriented approach really stood out. He was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist me, making sure all my concerns were addressed with a smile. It’s employees like Jessie that make shopping here such a pleasure. Thank you for the outstanding service! I highly recommend coming back again and trying the Friendly staff and the new management NOW.

Google maps reflects them closing at 10pm. I get to the store at 8:45pm and start shopping and then I’m asked to leave because they say they close at 9pm and they wouldn’t even let me check out my items and I believe I was racially profiled because I was wearing pajamas and it was in the evening. You’re a business that’s open to the public so update your hours and be fair to ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS!

Every time I go here customer service sucks. I only came because it was open later than the mall. Custer service is Like bad. Today it got even worse. Lady at loss prevention at approx. 8:30p -8:40p chews me out after I had a suit & tie in my hands ready to try try, fit, and purchase only to pull on the handle and she goes “We’re Closed! We’re Closed! Every night! we close at the same time!!!” In the rudest/shouting manner implying as if I had already known they closed (the fitting rooms) 20 to 30 minutes early. If that’s the case they should stop announcing over the loud speaker that the freakin store closes “in 30 minutes” vs. having people in last minute emergency tourist shopping at your store looking stupid and getting yelled at by your “Loss Prevention” Security. Again, Customer Service Sucks!

I checked online and even called and pushed the button for hours and they both said 10pm,, when I got to the store at 9:08 the doors were already locked... the person at the door was rude and said no they close at 9 and only the sparks store is open till 10pm, I decided to call and the person who sounded like the 1 at the door answered so I asked what time they close and she just said oohhh and hung up,
Completely rude and and not the type of people you want running your store

They should hire more cashiers a huge line and only 2 cashiers is crazy, hope they actually pay these ppl somewhat decent.

Understaffed. Period. A huge line waiting, probably 50+ people waiting. Only 1 cashier out of the 12 available ones, and I feel very bad for the cashier.

1 person checking out and 25 people in line. Waited 10 minutes and the line didn’t move. Crack heads hanging out front and in the entrance. Don’t bother coming here

The only reason I keep coming to this store is because they actually have good deals, but customer service is terrible! They are so unorganized and I don’t understand the point of having 20 cash registers when only one is open. The workers don’t seem to care either when there’s a huge line they still only have one person working the register. Just know if you come here, you’re gonna wait probably an hour just to pay.
