I received a vehicle at 1/3 of a tank. Nobody was at the desk when I walked back into the airport. I called customer service and was told as long as I provided picture proof I would be fine and not have to pay fuel service fee. Upon turn in, I showed said picture proof and the associate said they can take care of it manually and close it out. 3 days later I received a text saying my rental was 3 days past due. I called customer service again, they told me I can get a receipt within 3-5 business days. When I got the receipt it was charged for the fuel AND 3 additional days. Unacceptable.

All of the people I worked with were great. I rented a Jeep truck and it was a very nice truck. The only issue with it is at 6'1" it was hard for me to get in and out. The drivers seat doesn't go back far enough. So I rented it for one day and the next day I rented it again for one day. Plans Change? The two counter people I worked with were very good and helpful and took care of my needs and got me on the road quick. The two return guys were fast and got me out of there fast. The drop off is easy at the Reno airport. I will use them again. I never recommend companies to my friends because they may not have the good experience that I had. That's why they are still my friends.

Wait time to get to the counter was really long. Then the lady that helped us was more interested in the neighbor transaction than mine. She also told me to accept the charges on my cc then she would correct the amount. Well she corrected the amount on the agreement but not the charge on my cc. She kept pushing for them to refill the gas tank at return and I told her I would do so. They charge for a full tank of gas whether it needs it or not. The vehicle was nice and gas efficient.

Very disappointed in the service here. Asked for any color but silver when we arrived at the desk. Looked at papers handed to me with the keys to our rental car- SILVER!We were able to get the car exchanged for another. When I asked about directionals showing up in the side, mirrors and upcoming cars, the employee said all the cars were new and had that. NOT! Ours didn't. It was 6:00 PM on a Tuesday and no one was in the parking lot to help us set up CarPlay. The windshield wiper fluid light was on low the whole trip, as well as the tire symbol on and off. We were quite disappointed in the service at Reno. In July we were in Boston and it was excellent.l service as well as a great car.

Vehicle was given dirty, inside and out. Has damage that was not reviewed before receiving the vehicle. Has bad rear tire or balance or bad wheel because it vibrated at 70. Drove 150 miles highway, used less than 1/4 tank and was charged for 10 gallons @ $9.90 per gallon. Vehicle averages 32mpg . That's less than 5 gallons. Borderline fraudulent charge.

Budget was a great way to rent a vehicle the staff was wonderful and very efficient. They were low on the type of car we wanted so they upgraded us at no additional charge. We weee very happy with the people and the vehicle that we had for the week. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Rates were very reasonable also.

The Reno Airport Budget is difficult to work with. I went to pickup my car, and discovered nothing but filth inside and out. I told the Budget lot attendant, who then handed me a rag and a bottle of glass cleaner. Then watched me as I cleaned the inside of the vehicle. The center console was covered in sticky old soda, used gum and wrappers, outside hadn’t been washed is so long you couldn’t see outside the windows. It looked like the car was driven across the country, parked, and handed to someone else without being touched by the “cleaning” crew. Very disappointed.

Drop off was super smooth. The walk from the drop off to the airport was delightfully short. This is probably my best car rental drop off experience ever. Also, the attendees were super nice. Very patient and sweet.

You have to wait in a line to get some paperwork that you then hand carry to the garage. At the garage you wait in line at the booth to get the respective keys....but not so fast....next you have to wait on the bench next to the booth for them to call out your name that you car is ready. Total wait time one hour to get to the bench.Never thought I would say this but the NV DMV is more efficient.

I rented a car from the Reno Airport as I was going on vacation to celebrate my 60th birthday. I arrived at 12:00 on Thursday the 7th of September. I stood in line at Budget to get the car for 1 1/2 hours. There were 4 people working the counter. 2 of which left and walked away while we standing there. After finally getting to the counter I was told to just go outside and they would bring my car to me in about 15 minutes. Not!!! I stood there with 20-30 people waiting for a car. I watched everyone that had been in the line before me get their car. I then started seeing people that had been behind me in the line get their car. So that’s when I lost it. We had been waiting another hour so I found a man named Andy and I told him people that had been after me were getting cars. He replied “lady it’s a waiting game”. After that a friend found someone else and demanded she get us our car and 10 minutes later she was back with it. I called customer service to complain and that’s when it got worse. After almost 3 hours of waiting the customer service representative said he wouldn’t even rent from Budget because it’s like that everywhere. When I asked to speak with his Supervisor he laughed and said sure if you want to hold the line for 2 hours. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my now 60 years!!! I will never rent from Budget again. Also will be sharing with all who will listen how awful this was.

OH MY GOD. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. I rented a car in 09/2022 and the passenger door was squeaking, but we didn't realize it until after we left since I was the only person picking up the car. When we found out, we were already on the road so we just made a note to tell the place once we got back. When we returned the car, we told the inspector and he noted it to take for fixing.2 months later I got a $1500 bill stating I needed to pay for damages, which I was so confused. I called them to see what this was for, and they were claiming I damaged the back right of the car. They sent me photos and the report, but this was completely fabricated because we did not do this and the car was completely inspected on arrival. I complained and it took me a few calls, but the company was trying to scam me.WHATS EVEN WORSE WAS I WROTE A REVIEW TO LET PEOPLE KNOW and the company/Yelp erased it!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

The office has great customer service and there very nice. It was very busy and all the Office ladies held it together, Good job ladies. The vehicle I got was not what I reserved. The vehicle was just washed, but the windshield was dirty with hard bug spots.

One star is one too many! Been in line at Reno airport for forty minutes...has taken them this long to process five other customers. I watched an agent take her break. Agents are surly. Usually rent from H3lp072555! but fell prey to "lower" rate. Never rent from Budget again. One thing I can say...Budget is always consistent! Always provides this type of worthless service. Oops...second agent just walked away! One agent...fifteen customers behind me. Now in the parking structure. A customer told an agent he had been in the parking structure for an hour and a half...the EMPLOYEE laughed and said...you are just like everybody else and walked away!

do not rent a car from this place unless you want to spend 2+ hours waiting in line. very rude staff go with enterprise it's worth the extra money.

I had to wait 1:55 mins to receive my car. I waited 1 hr, 15 mins in line to get my car. Once I checked in, I headed over to pick up my car and had to wait 40 more minutes to receive my car. I had to hunt someone down in the area to request the keys and car. I was so upset I wasted all that time. This is the second time I had this happen--last time was during the Summer time as well. I should have learned my lesson. There was one person behind the counter with one more dedicated to Avis and would help out occasionally. So frustrating!!!!
