Snippy customer service agents and a long wait for the car. :(

All went well (so far) except that we had reserved a full size sedan (think Camry) and what we got was a Dodge Hornet Hybrid. Everything I read has the Hornet listed as small SUV. We made it work, which is what they count on, right?

Great car (23 Nissan Sentra). I always dread dealing with the people at the counter. My first time renting with Budget, but my parents rented from this location pretty much every summer when I was a kid.
Friendly staff.
Will definitely use this location, and other Budget locations again.
