Re-reviewing because Brinky animal hospital appealed to yelp and somehow got my original review removed. This place is horrible. The staff is unfriendly and the ER vet does not care about your animal at all. What do they care about? MONEY. They won't let you in the door without at least $100.00. When you pay the $100.00, they want more or they will not move forward. Seriously the worst staff, location, and vet in all of Nevada. If you have ever read ANY of my reviews, I am fair and honest with a dash of humor. Not this review, it's straight disgust. This place should be closed. Save your animal from this place and go elsewhere. I recommend VCA Animal hospital. They are warm and friendly and car about everyone and every pet that goes through the door.

We have been with Brinkby Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We stayed with them from their move to the bigger facility. They are always very professional and gentle with our fur baby. Highly recommend.

I love this veterinary practice for my big dogs. With so many vets going corporate and skyrocketing fees as a result, it's really refreshing to find a practice that genuinely cares about the welfare of your pets without bankrupting you to get them good care.

I honestly love this place! The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. Dr. M shows he really cares about the pet and the human!
My Chocolate Lab, Bud was comfortable with Dr. M.
That makes a big difference.

This is the most respectful, most understanding and kindest vet clinic I have ever gone to, I love everything about Brinkby Animal Hospital, the staff are just amazing and the doctors are incredible. The respect they gave my dog in her final moments were pure beautiful love and I'll never forget that. Thank you Brinkby Animal Hospital ❤️

We’ve been bringing our fur-family members here for more than 7 years! We cannot say enough good things about Dr. McQuirk and the Brinkby family.Dr. McQuirk cared for our beloved German Shepherd, Sammy, throughout most of her life. He cared for her through multiple serious health issues. In her final days, he offered more guidance and support than we even thought was possible.Now Brinkby is caring for our next generation! While there are many great Veterinarians in the Reno-Sparks area, we’re happy that our pets have the best.

May I say that there is not a MORE caring and compassionate Veterinarian Doctor I have EVER MET than Dr Evan McQuirk! I will drive all the way from out of state just to bring my dearly loved chihuahua to ONLY SEE him and have his care! He does not over or under do anything- he is the “REAL DEAL”! He is all heart with a lot of compassion and practicality! My mom and thank him for all he and his hard working staff are! If in need of a new vet- think no more, there is NO better than Dr Evan McQuirk!
