If you have any issues with your phone service, don't count on this company to correct it. They are non-existent on customer service after the sale. Boost royally screwed up a phone migration from another company they purchased. My phone would not work correctly, and I couldn't download the app, due to more system errors. After six weeks and dozens of phone calls, I am unable to get a refund, because their phone service agents have limited information and authority.

Well here we go again with Boost can't pay my bill on line. Been on hold with them for an hr. This is definitely the worst phone carrier there is last time they had technical difficulty they shut my service off AND IT WAS THEIR FAULT noone could pay not even at any of their store locations. Boost has went to SHIT!!!

Man at the counter sucks at both customer service and couldn't even do a simple split, instead redirected me to call customer service so i went to the boost mobile down the street where they treated me great and did exactly what I asked for.
