I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to Bill Pearce Volvo in Reno. I was out of my home state on a road trip when I experienced some issues with my vehicle. I looked up the closest Volvo dealership and gave them a call. I got in touch with their service advisor Michelle and she told me to come right in. I was surprised since it was getting toward the end of the day on a Friday, but as soon as I got there I met with Michelle and she immediately made me feel taken care of. I really can’t say enough good things about the service I received, from Michelle’s customer service to the time and attention the service technicians gave to my vehicle as well. I have never received better service and I will consider returning here for future services because exceptional service like this is truly hard to find these days. Thank you to everyone over at Bill Pearce for taking care of me and my Volvo!

I really dislike having to leave this review, but time after time, my family and I experience negative things with Bill Pearce, whether it is Volvo or BMW. Recently, my vehicle returned from standard inspection with damage to the windshield seal. This is on top of leaving my wife without a shuttle to be picked up by an Uber that then canceled the ride and made my wife feel unsafe (yes, you are responsible for this if you booked them)
On top of this, I asked them to warranty one of the tires the sold me on the car when I bought it, and they refused, even though there is a clear bulge in the sidewall.
Will not return here to service my vehicle or to purchase another. I've bought two cars from you, and won't buy a third because your service and sales teams make it difficult to do business with you.

go to Eric W in sales, hands down the most genuine and kind person i have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Bruce, the GM, however, was abrasive and unhelpful.

Bill Pearce used to be such a nice dealership. We bought three new cars from them. And the Volvos come with three years maintenance included. But something (and someone) has changed in their maintenance department.They used to treat you like a valued customer, tell you what needed to be done. Now it's just try to up sell you a bunch of phony gas treatment oil treatments. $100 to change your wiper blade.I made the mistake of buying tires from them. Even said in writing free tire rotations for life of the tire. Then they charged me $59 for tire rotation on my last service. When I complained all they could offer was I agreed to their service estimate.

I went her to buy an SUV and not one person acknowledged I was on the property. No one helped me, even when I went in the building. Left and bought a Denali that afternoon.

Called made appt over phone. Arrived, no record of appt after 90 minute drive. Very curt and unprofessional about the situation. I like the car but Volvo dealers have been a huge disappointment.

I purchased a 2023 XC60 plug-in hybrid last November. The car came with a pathetically slow charging power cord. I complained to Bruce Mah, the general manager of the dealership. He went "above and beyond" the level of response that I expected. He ordered the fastest-charging power cord and had it Fed-Ex'd directly to my home the next day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND my sales person Terril (with whom I have dealt for about 20 years) and Bill Pearce Volvo, under the capable leadership of Bruce Mah.Bruce Cable, CPA
