Purchased BMW X7 with Marcus Sero from out of State. Everything went smoothly, he was attentive and thorough in the processing of the vehicle. It was one of best experiences with dealer in which I have bought many vehicles throughout my lifetime. Do all your purchases with Marcus for all out of State buyers!

Do I need to explain exactly how the front passenger seat belt became tightly cinched around a fully engaged emergency brake lever on a Mini Cooper Countryman?Probably not; but, the fact is , in an effort to secure one pet carrier, the belt was rendered immovable. Jeff Leathers, Service Director for Bill Pearce Motors, did not hesitate to help.I was stunned and I am grateful. His offer, his willingness…to personally take time out, to make the effort to help, was /is heartening to say the least. This was following numerous phone calls, inquiring and looking into various services in the area, and after being advised to tow the vehicle, and/or wait until the following day for a mobile service.Jeff had returned my call, and arrived in less than an hour to fix/repair my problem, and I was good to go. The car was then drivable, all without a tow, without waiting until the next day, without towing fees, time spent, and stress, and all on a late Thursday afternoon.Thank you, Jeff Leathers! The next day, I stopped by MINI of Reno Service Department for the bolt tightening. Kevin Denning, Service Advisor, on a busy Friday morning, took the time to look into, then tightenthe parts and reassemble.Kevin’s customer caring attention, his knowledge, as well as his pleasant, patient, and helpful manner, just added to this very positive experience.Thank you Jeff and Kevin for turning a misadventure into a feel-good experience, with time, expense, and stress spared. As you see, Bill Pearce Motors and MINI of Reno take customer service to new levels. This is year “10” for me with Bill Pearce Motors and MINI of Reno.Thank you for all you do.Jan A

This is a first class operation and great people to work with. I purchased a used truck online, sight unseen. The vehicle was exactly as described and their team was super responsive and easy to work with. I can't recommend Bill Pearce Motors highly enough.

Friendly, helpful, and nice people. Not pushy. But we didn't buy a car yet. But they are on the top of the list for when we do

Horrible customer service provided by Porsche service advisor today, no flexibility, sense of urgency and awful attitude. Also, I got charged $500 labor for just oil change and spark plugs replacement. I expect much more than I experienced today from a Porsche dealership as a return of what I paid for.

This place is horrible! We have looked to buy a BMW and a Volvo and these people are so hard to work with! Their management is terrible. We were trying to get a good trade value for our vehicle and the manager, Fatima Lucha made it very difficult. She is argumentative, rude and treats you like you are an idiot. If you want to buy a BMW or Volvo go somewhere else!

I'd give this B******* Dealer a LESS than ZERO rating if I could!!! Erik, and especially his sales associate, MARCUS, strung me along by offering to sell me a new John Cooper Works Mini Cooper, only to sell it out from under me at the last minute, after I had already agreed to the purchase and gave them my credit card for a down payment. These guys make all Car Salesmen look BAD, like the worst stereotype of Sleazy Used Car Salesmen imaginable!!! I would NEVER buy a car from these SCAM ARTIST ASSHOLES!!! Management was of NO HELP either!!! Save your money and RUN AWAY as Quickly as Possible from these SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was searching the whole country for the past 2-3 months to find the car spec'ed out the way I wanted. Finally found it here and the experience wasn't bad at all. Marcus helped me out and was super responsive and provides any information that I needed. He didn't try to play those stupid salesman tactics with me as in "someone just saw the car and they want to buy it". He also was not so pushy at all. I wanted to get an inspection done and he was accommodating with that as well. The whole buying process took a couple days and he was patient and responsive with all the different parts in play. I am located in NY so I had to get my own transportation to get the car delivered and register the car myself. All the paperwork was done and delivered on time. I am now happily enjoying my E43 AMG! If you're looking to buy a car from this dealership, don't hesitate and look for Marcus! Thank you Marcus and the rest of his team!

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! Your sales rep will lie to you, you'll never get anyone to help you from finance, the Director of Services will never call you back if an issue comes up. I pre-paid for my services when i bought my car and they lied to me when i brought my car in and said i didn't and charged me for services for over 3 years. I only found out when i went to another dealership. Now i've spent a month trying to get the Director of Services and Porsche corporate to help me get my money and can't even get a 30 second return call and the dealership can't even call corporate back. The whole place is full of criminals. Just save yourself some time and money and go to Sacramento or anywhere else to buy a car. All i want is my warranty information i requested 3 times and the money that is mine so i never have to deal with these people again and they can't even get me that...

So disappointed with their attitude and level of service. Went there excited to buy a Jeep Compass had cashiers check in hand to make the purchase but was treated as if it were a bother to be waited on not to mentioned the price of the vehicle went up by a couple of thousands once the managers got involved. They made the assumption that the price was the hindering the sell when in actuality it was their attitude that made the sell unacceptable. I don't I'd paying for what I want but I do mind paying money to people who make me feel as though I am insignificant.

You might wanna fetch a beverage; this is pro'lly gonna be a bit verbose. I enjoy buying new cars. Seriously. Must be something wrong with me. My '21 M550i is my 16th new car purchase. I bought 6 Silverados from the same gal. Amazing, great experiences. I doubt that I'll buy 6 BMW's from Bill Pearce, specifically Vince Harris (my brand consultant). But I'm positive that in a few years and my next premium car purchase, I will be speaking with Vince. This was as good as it gets, and Vince is why. Completely low key, yet right there responding to my energy, my questions, my desire to purchase this amazing automobile. I came to this store after canceling my order on a '20 Audi S6 due to horrible communication, and after driving a MB AMG E53. My '21 M550i is an epic experience and to be honest, I lack the driving skills to drive a full-on M5, and I need a softer suspension, due to 13 herniated discs. I LOVE this car and I believe it is superior to the S6 and AMG E53, in numerous ways. But this review is about my purchase experience. Bill Pearce BMW, and Vincent Harris. My first visit to the store I drove the '20 M550. Test drives right now are rather different. You drive the car by yourself. The store trusts you to not be an idiot and mess the car up and hands you the keys, Likely helped that I am 64 years old and drove onto the lot in an Audi. Vince was super cool and processed me quickly to drive the M550i that was in stock. I was mellow with the car, yet I also saw that it was a beast, with epic power. I returned and zero pressure. Zero. I drove my Audi back to Truckee, and watched, again, every YouTube video on the '21. Next day I drove back to Reno and Vince was outdoors when I pulled in. I said: "let's build a '21". I sat with Vince and went through the order build process. I checked every package except park the car using the key fob. At no time did Vince suggest or push any extra. He let me run with my money roll. I wanted dasm near every single option, and Vince stopped several times to explain features about what I was choosing, particularly the wheel and tire set-up (I ordered the best tires and front and rear are different sizes; Vince searched online to make sure I would be able to replace the tires, when needed). Never did he push an option, yet stopped over and again to make sure I knew the package and make sure I understood what I was ordering. Vince never tried to dissuade me or sell me, but made sure I understood what I was ordering. We finished the build and then he got me a good discount off msrp, for a first time customer. Vince told me how long to expect to wait, I paid the deposit, and was on my way. As the build processed Vince regularly communicated with me the status, something Audi down the street promised, yet never did. Pushing $100K, there should be communication. Vince knows that. Every status update (build start, build finish, ship date, arrival date, on the truck)... every status Vince kept me updated. Delivery of the car was outstanding. First more info from Vince, finance (zero pressures on packs) BMW genius, and back with Vince. Nothing less than complete goal of making me happy, answering my questions, Vince fetching my personalized plates on the Audi, making sure all the stuff in my Audi made it to my new BMW. Vince was there every step and on his day off. Multiple other Bill Pearce employees nearby chipping in to answer questions. Vince Harris made it all happen, yet a handful of other salespeople were always nearby with support. OUTSTANDING purchase experience, first time at the store to driving away in my new car. 16 new cars and many hundreds of thousands of dollars spent, Bill Pearce delivers. Vince Harris is the primary reason. I'll be back.I also did something that I have never done before on a new car purchase, I traded my '18 Audi to Bill Pearce BMW. Their bid was the highest I got (by a few hundred dollars above Carmax,

The customer service I have received over in the parts department has been impeccable. Deanna, Ricardo and Duck have been tremendously helpful in every way I could ask for. They really care about their level of customer service and that's why it shows. Thank you all and keep up the great work during these uncertain times.

Awful customer service. I went to test drive and look at a used car up for sale here. It was a great deal, I was treated very well in the store, and was indeed interested in making an offer on the car. After a week or so of thinking and figuring out finances, I reached out to the manager regarding a mechanical question. The manager, instead of responding with the answer to my question, responded by asking me personal questions about if I had talked to my family, accountant, etc. about financing the car. I felt this was very bizarre for the MANAGER to do. As if he was withholding information on the car to get personal information from me... very inappropriate. I politely sent an email to the dealership explaining what happened and that I was disappointed because I did want to purchase said car. They never responded to me and lost my sale. Do not shop here unless you like being treated like a joke, the staff was bizarre.. all checking out my trade in and talking secretly in the back (assuming about me because I was the only customer in at the time.) Buying a car? Do yourself a favor and save your time, frustration, and confidence by AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have used the service center for many years for maintenance and repairs. Great service, knowledge, and honest advise. Very convenient systems in place to get service done, including rides if needed. Thanks Bill and the rest of the team! Your help is greatly appreciated.
