THEY SOLD A BROKEN CAR AND DONT REPAIR IT!!! Do not buy a 2nd hand car here. I made this mistake. and I bought a used ford fusion. the car was broken from the first day I bought it. no one took care of me even though I took the car there many times. the car has a warranty. when I bought the car they told me that all the mechanics were repaired under warranty but their warranty does NOT cover ANYTHING! and i paid about 5 thousand dollars for this warranty. right now i have a broken ford in my hand and i owe them about 10 thousand dollars. So in total, I'm gonna pay 20,000 dollars for this broken car. THİS PLACE İS A VERY SLEAZY DEALER DONT BUY A CAR HERE !

I have been working with Pamela Brown at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda on the purchase of a used car, that I was hoping to ship to another state. Before going too far down the sales process, Pamela reached out sharing that she found news that the car couldn't be shipped and why. I appreciate the honesty, collaboration, and support that a business provide me with, even if/ when I don't purchase from them. I would recommend them based on the display of integrity they showed to me.

We were told a fuel injector was back ordered at least a month. We are expecting a baby any day now but no loaner car was offered, and no other options were suggested.
Edit: We called All-American auto repair and they had a generic version of the injectors (made by the same company) and quoted us $1000 less to replace all four. Totally understandable that Bill Pearce wouldn’t replace it with non-Honda parts. But weren’t even made aware of the possibility, and were led to believe we would literally be without a car for months with a newborn baby. I could be wrong but my perception is that unfortunately this place puts the bottom line before basic human decency.

I totaled my old Honda Crosstour that I bought from Bill Pearce in 2011, and was shopping for a new car with limited time before my insurance coverage of my rental ran out. I shopped Bill Pearce as well as Michael Hohl in Carson City, and got the best service, price, and deal at Pearce - Jenna Morton was the sales person and she anticipated my needs and was never pushy, but rather was extremely helpful and in the end found a car I never expected that hit 99% of what I wanted (the 1% is because Apple Car Play was plug-in, not wireless). Financing was easy and rates extremely good. I would recommend BP to anyone.

Not at all like Westminster Honda in CA . Very rude what a shame . I moved here I'll drive back to CA for a car ? go CA Honda's. Than I received an email to buy local from the female finance manager. I've told cars and did finance for 13 year. Never treat a customer like this. Welcome them back and find a solution. Period. Fail .

It’s sort of a long story of woe, of a cursed family road trip that went even further south when my 2007 Honda CRV’s AC compressor decided to melt on the way to Shasta Lake on a Friday. And no repair shop or even Honda dealership in Redding could get the part or do the work for a two day job until Tuesday of the following week (we were leaving Reno Wednesday!). In a desperate bid to find a way to get back to Southern California on Wednesday, I called Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda on Saturday (highs of 112F and I was driving around with my husband and toddler all day trying to find solutions to the heat, my car must’ve been 120 degrees inside it was so sweltering and we couldn’t find a way to be comfortable at all!). The very kind Services scheduler was able to get me an appointment on Monday! We ended our time in Shasta a day early, left at the crack of dawn on Monday before the sun was up to avoid the heat, and made it to the appointment. Pedro Mendoza was my service agent and he was so incredibly kind and patient and understanding. I was in an incredibly vulnerable spot being from out of town, on a tight schedule, and needing AC replacement during a major heatwave. I would have paid anything to have it fixed. But he found me a deal on parts AND was able to set up my car with mechanics to fix it by Tuesday afternoon. We arrived safely home after an 8 hour drive with AC that worked the whole time ? thank goodness because it was over 100 degrees for a lot of the drive and we’d probably have passed out from heat stroke if this hadn’t been fixed. I owe so much to Mr. Mendoza and the hard working mechanics at Reno’s Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda. Mr. Mendoza also followed up with me to make sure that there were no issues and that we all made it home safely. They really went all out to help us in our time of need. Really truly grateful for Mr. Mendoza! He’s amazing!

Went in due to an air-conditioning problem. Because it was cooling, they did nothing. Asked them what I was supposed to do if this happened again while out of town and got no answer. Also mentioned and showed them filter my husband had to replace, because they didn't and was told they would make a note so as not to charge me next time.

The salesman who was with me during the test drive didn't really know anything about the car but he was friendly and patient and explained all the important stuff well. The finance lead, Irina Balaban, went well out of her way to find me the best loan with the lowest rate, so major props to her! She was very kind and helpful.

I have never been this comfortable and happy at any car store or mechanic, this place is the best ?. Best service, thank you Pedro, quickest service, I mean I got an appointment, not me and four other people at same time just me, which means my car was serviced when I dropped it off ,no extra waiting.
Then I also was offered a ride home and they provided a ride to my home and a return when finished. Thank you shuttle #2 which was driven by the amazing and incredible Laura, she seriously is a class act, was so happy she was the driver both ways. ❤️ ?

Awesome service! I was driving across the country from South Florida when I noticed an oil leak. I was prioritized service and told them my situation. They were very reassuring and they went above and beyond to get the part replaced ASAP as our plan was to leave the following day. Their waiting area had donuts and they shuttled me back to my hotel while service happened so I could work. Once they were done they called and had replaced my key fob battery and topped off all my fluids without charging and cleared my tire pressure code and obviously filled the tires for that. Dropped off right as service opened and was driving it back to our hotel by early afternoon. Very grateful I needed service and this Honda dealership was there! Steve was the MVP of the situation!

We had an amazing experience at Bill Pearce with Cameron. Cameron was super knowledgeable and friendly as we were looking at different Honda Pilot options. He was able to give us great insights into the comparison between the other models we were considering.

I was treated like a queen. My salesman David Moore was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and informed and got the car I wanted. I love my car it runs great and is so pretty. If you go here to buy a car make sure you ask for Mr. Moore.

Every time I try to get in touch with the service department, I am waiting, waiting and waiting for someone to pick up the telephone. I realize they are busy but someone should be monitoring the incoming calls, customer service, sound familiar? Very frustrating every time I call its the same issue. Wait long enough and I finally get someone but patients is the game with Pearce Honda.
