I informed them many times I was working around a short timeline and was blown away at how long everything took. Got an estimate of “2 weeks” and they didn’t touch my car for a month, including an additional 2 weeks after I told them to start work as if I’m paying out of pocket since my insurance had already paid forward the estimate to me. Frustrating and unresponsive at times. Theresa at the front desk is nice, so 1 above the minimum star for that.

Bill Peace Collision Center has held my vehicle hostage for twice the time of the original estimate. They provided no update and calls to their press 2 for vehicle status were not returned. When I raised enough cane to get a live body on the phone they miraculously found the need to add a supplemental cost. Shady! Nope never again and totally regret ever trusting them in the first place.

First off I will say Bill Pearce Collision Center did a good job fixing a couple of scrapes on the front bumper of my 2011 BMW X-5. The problem I had was it took nearly three weeks after initially being told it would take a week. No representative called me to keep me in the loop. 0 communication from these people and three weeks seemed way to long for a job like this. I was told on three different occasions that my car would be ready on a specific date and it was not. I will not be going back to Bill Pearce Collision Center and certainly won't be recommending them.

Bill Pearce was recommended to me by the Porsche dealer in Reno . I took my Porsche Panamera in after hitting debris on the I 80 east freeway and was quoted 0ver $6000.00 for the repairs . I took my car into them on January 5 2024 . I received one phone call from them about a week later telling me that the alignment was out and my front tires needed replacing . This was totally separate from the quote . I asked how the repairs were going with my car and was told they were waiting on parts . I called in to the shop on the 19 January to find out how much longer it was going to take as I had heard nothing from them at all and was told it would be ready the following Wednesday . I went to collect the car on Wednesday the 24 January only to find that half of the work that I had been fully expecting to be done had not been touched . There is a definite lack of communication from them to the customer and all you will get are excuses when you ask any questions .

I had a very satisfying estimate appointment. The guy helping me was incredibly helpful and friendly. Ended up getting my minor damage fixed at no cost! The only problem with this place is a problem at ALL places: takes forever to get an estimate scheduled. But when my appointment finally came up everything was excellent, from the receptionist to the estimator.

I would give zero stars if possible! Worst communication and customer service and repairs are poor! Definitely not up to Porsche Standard! Reno should have a cutoff from giving any services with their name from these locations

I will never use this company. First off I waited months for a estimate appt. Then they told my insurance agent that I came in and took my car, which delayed my estimate being done. I was without a car for 2 weeks and Bill Pearce never did the estimate, only the insurance did the estimate. The end result, nothing was done with my car and almost 2 months have been wasted on Bill Pearce.

Poor/non-existent communication unless you stay on them. You're treated like a number in line rather than a person unless you show initiative which you shouldn't even have to from a professional business. Would definitely go elsewhere next time.

They do a great job here. I have brought in a few vehicles to them and every time I say the same thing. I went to have a dealer do a name brand, I won't mention, and I had problem after problem with the vehicle; needless to say I won't go anywhere else.

Completely unprofessional, they gave me a quote and an estimated time to which it would take to find the part for my car, but never receive a call back, it’s been two months already. I had called to follow up if they had obtained the part after some time had passed and was notified they could not find it but would call back, still no call. I was assured they would do the job and was utterly disappointed, they didn’t even have the decency to call and say they couldn’t obtain the part.
