I sold my BMW to someone online a couple of years ago as a mechanic special. It was then resold to someone else. But I’m guessing they did not give the same courtesy to the new buyer. Then I got a knock on my door about the car because someone at BMW gave them my information, yes my address. I didn’t know that a car dealership could just give out my private information like that. Boy, I’m glad I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

I took my 2013 BMW x5 in to have a check engine light diagnosed. During the check-in process they tried to sell me a new set of tires before evening asking what issues I was having with my vehicle? During the code scan process when they plugged into my footwell module (ECU) my ECU apparently stopped working and so I lost use/control of windows/doors/lights/etc. They informed me that there was a service bulletin describing the exact failure that occured with my ECU and they offered to fix it for $971?! The part they broke during diagnostics was going to be on my dime? The simple question (that went unanswered) was wouldn't/shouldn't they have warned me of the potential failure of the CPU before they connected to it and broke it? Maybe put up the windows on the car in case it breaks so I don't have to drive it home with the windows down in 90+ degree heat??
Needless to say I will not be back to Bill Pearce BMW for ANY type of service ever again. No apology, no explanation and only a hard sell on a set of new tires... Really?!

I just purchased a new BMW X5 from Helen B and it was an exceptional experience. We negotiated a good deal on the vehicle I wanted, and she subsequently greased the skids for the financing, training and delivery processes. By the end of it all she felt like an old friend. I will go out of my way to buy my next vehicle from her. Highly recommended!

One of the worst BMW experiences I have had so far and as a German I am truly disappointed in the customer service of one of the major German car manufacturers in other countries. Very basic service and communication at the facility not excited at all to come back to pick up a car.

Our M550i was at the end of its lease and we were shopping for a new X5. We came in and within 10 minutes we had the opportunity to test drive two X5s on the lot. After we decided to go with the M60i we went over the financial details. Even though the current interest / lease-situation isn't great we were able to work out a great deal with the team. Even when we switched cars (There was another X5 on its way that had a must-have feature for me) Bill Pearce BMW went the extra mile to ensure that we're happy with our purchase and changed the cars for us.
We took delivery of the car yesterday and the whole process was very smooth. I'm a BMW-customer since 12 years and this was probably the fastest and most efficient pick-up experience. Shout out to Scott for helping us through the process, we're super happy with the new X5!
I'm also servicing my BMWs at this dealership and always had great experiences - e.g. the staff went above and beyond to contact my wheel insurance from BMW back in Illinois.
All in all a very pleasant, no pressure environment that I can wholeheartedly recommend!

Always a good service experience at this dealership. Misty was super informed and professional, and kept me up to date on all service items, including a link to a short video of the service provided. Sales (Terril) was also a great experience, and we are still extremely happy with our X5 45e!
