Staff was extremely condescending. When asked for help they were bothered by questions and refused to redirect to alternative sources.

Kewl Folks ! If they can unload u early they will ! There is room for over night parking

They said that i didn’t have an appointment, but it’s on the BOL & Rate contract. Then they changed me $150 to unload. Sad part is that I’m the only truck here. I believe that it’s a SCAM!!! It was fast unloading and they do have overnight parking.
