Looking for a particular shoe (that was displayed on the rack) When asking about the shoe at the front counter was told "I'm not familiar with that shoe you should try X other place" employee seemed disinterested in anything besides standing behind the counter. Went to the Mentioned place and immediately walked out with the shoes I wanted.

unfortunately to get some shoes. Usually, the service is wonderful at becks but the shoes were handed to me and the salesperson acted like I had a disease. I repeatedly asked her to give me the usual service as sometimes my foot is a 7 or a seven and a half No measurements and no one was in the store. So I walked out!! very disappointed because usually the service is great the service was terrible when I went in this time! so SAD!

Great selection of shoes. The staff was eager to help me. They got 8 different pairs of shoes in my specific size for me to try on. They never got impatient.I went home with shoes I thought were perfect. Once I wore them away from the store for work, I discovered they were not quite the right fit. When I returned, they accommodated me again to get the right fit. Now I have the perfect shoe and perfect fit.The folks at Beck's provided me with great customer service and a shoe I wear for 12 hours a day at work with no foot discomfort.

Unfortunately when I went, there were two clerks and at least six customers. I grabbed three pair, I was interested in trying on. If they want to serve people with their special foot reading machine they need more one on one service. The one guy seemed like he was trying to help everyone while his coworker helped one person then seemed to disappear. I did not appreciate the man pushing the more expensive pair on me. I grabbed three different shoes and he only got me the $325 pair to try on. Then he only talked to me about that brand. He went on to another customer and I left. I purchased my work shoes at a competitor on Plumb. I left because I could feel I was not getting the service I wanted. I get it being busy was out of his control but pushing the expensive shoes on me was what made me leave. I wanted to compare the three shoes. If he had gotten all three in my size and I was left to try them on, on my own, I may have purchased from Beck's. So why the four stars? Greed. Don't be greedy sale guy.

Kianna is amazing...I only shop when she's in store. She's always helpful and never makes anyone feel rushed. Today she was awesome helping me and my 2 friends plus another customer in store. Thank you Kianna!

The manager Kianna at this location is THE MOST helpful person you will meet. If you need anything at all she’s your go too. I truly have never had a better experience shoe shopping and it was all thanks to Kianna. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well and she helped me NO problem. 10/10 great store and GREAT management!

I’m not sure of his name….I think it was Camron. But he was soooo over the top helpful in helping me get a shoe that would relieve my bunion pain in my foot. He was WONDERFUL!!!!

A great place for work shoes. I needed a lightweight, breathable work shoe. Beck's had what I needed. A lightweight Reebok for work. Great customer service as well. And if they don't have a shoe you're looking for, they can order it for you. I will surely be back maybe for flip flops or something.

Love my steel toe shoes I’ve been having such a problem with the old shoes let me tell you I had blisters everywhere, but sales person she was so nice and she suggested different insoles for the shoes that I picked out and they have worked wonders. I have not had a problem like that since and it’s been three weeks.

My company recently decided to use Beck's Shoes for our work safety shoes. I stopped in at the Mall today and the service was amazing. It really felt like they treated you like royalty there and I was well taken care of. I have already recommended friends shop there for the best fitting shoes and service around.
