Mike explained every step and possibility. He worked with us, the lender, and the realtor to assure we had the smoothest transaction with the least amount of stress possible. If you like doing business with a honest businessmen who has integrity and that will look out for your best interest, do business with Mike. Mike demonstrated a high degree of integrity saving us thousands and he could have let us make that mistake, but he didn't.
