I think I'm spoiled. I usually go to the Kietzke location where the staff is much friendlier and helpful. I won't be back to this location.

Super easy to find what you're looking for. I've ordered batteries and bulbs here. Easy on-line ordering. Tim called to make sure I was ordering the right battery for my bike. That's excellent customer service!
