Had my screen replaced here on Saturday they did a great job...I'm guessing they cleaned it all up too....charging port works great after they did the job....Really appreciate their services

Bad Experience today. Mike J was rude when I walked in. Not helpful while I was there. Got home charged battery and ready to install in my kid's dirt bike and realized I had to go back because mike took the hardware out of the box. When I went back, he knew exactly why I was there and didn't even bother to get off the phone or apologize for my extra trip. Don't think I'll use these guys going forward. Better experiences in the past with other staff. This guy not so much.

This store replaced a phone screen on my wife's phone. It started acting up a few weeks after and she went in and was told that nothing can be done.

Mike did great. He offered great explanation, even referred to other places that were cheaper. His confidence and great customer service is what helped me decide to give them my business, I paid more, but I feel good about what I paid for the service I received.
